Ended cooperation after several months…
Ended cooperation after several months of correcting commission statements for our advisers. Repeated silly errors in simple calculations and our team spent hours to check each commission statement which was frustrating and time consuming. And this all was £40 per hour charge to this company.
Cherry on the cake was - hear this - several days delay in providing commission statements for all my team due to national elections in Uganda and internet disruptions there. My people were not paid on time and SmartPA refused to refund charge for the job.

I had a Power Hour session with Hayriye from SmartPA, and it was genuinely eye-opening. She took the time to really understand what I do in my business, how I spend my time, and where the bottlenecks were.
It turned out I was constantly busy, but not always productive. Hayriye challenged me to start tracking my time properly and focus on the work that actually moves the needle. It sounds simple, but it’s something most people (including me) overlook.
She also made me realise how much I was letting my emails control my day. Since putting her advice into practice, I’ve been far more intentional with how I work.
We had a follow-up call about a month later, which was great because it gave me a clear deadline to implement everything. That accountability made a huge difference.

I’m an online fitness coach, and do everything in my business. I never thought about working

Helped me get an ADHD diagnosis!
Hayriye Mazzotta was really helpful. I was given 100+ pages of paediatric reports from when I got diagnosed with autism back in 1996, by the Great Western Hospital (in a bid to get evidence for an ADHD diagnosis).
Hayriye helped me to make sense of some very difficult handwriting and I was able to provide her transcriptions to the assessor, who helped me to get a diagnosis! 😁

They promised to give a bonus client to guarantee income to cover your monthly cost - which never materialized and I wasn’t making enough each month. I raised it many times but nothing came of it. And then Covid happened so I definitely wasn’t getting anywhere with it.
This was the absolute worst decision to join this franchise and I still had to pay back the 15k loan with no business to help pay it back. Smart PA are absolutely scandalous!!

My family and I faced a serious case of negligence involving a major retailer. While I’m unable to name the company due to a non-disclosure agreement, the support we received from Hayriye was outstanding. Although not a solicitor (even though she absolutely should be), Hayriye brought a level of knowledge, professionalism, and practical insight that was instrumental in helping us resolve the issue without the stress, cost, or time of going through the courts.
Her guidance made the entire experience smooth and completely stress-free.
