I was recently contacted by…SmartHarnaisback in my good books

I was recently contacted by SmartHarnais. They are under new management and want afresh start! As they could not recover the coats, they have generously offered me dog collars of choice with a voucher for the value of the collars. It seems SmartHarnais is a safe place to shop again, staffed by personnel who mean to take their customers seriously . They offer a fine assortiment of products and I am glad I feel I can use their services again !

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This website is not professional. I requested a refund/exchange because the product that arrived late was not the correct size. I emailed 'Sandrine' who promised to exchange the product but never made an effort for me to return. I have been emailing over one month and now she has stopped replying. AVOID!
