Never received original order.Got notice for another shipment. Haven’t received the original order. It had not even been shipped after 10 days.

I believe this product is better than regular canned food. I think it might work better on cats that are much younger rather than those that are used to canned food for so many years. Not something to give up on I'll consider other flavors to see if that will help.

My cats would barely touch any of the flavors. I stored them in the freezer and thawed a pack at a time, which takes roughly 24 hours. Because packages were so large, I divided each into 4 portions. I tried everything from warming it, adding cat-friendly broth and toppers to enhance the flavor, adding extra moisture, etc. My cats would eat the topper, but leave the rest of the food. They also would not eat the complimentary treats they provide.

I gave away most of my supply to family and friends. I even checked in with them to see how their cats liked it and they experienced the same issues as me. I have two cats (both adults). I gave the food to 3 households (all with adults cats only) and none of them would eat it.

My cat is 13 yrs old. He has new found energy after he eats your food. Which makes me extremely happy.

The delivery was on time as well as description of foods, snacks and how it would arrive,plus oacjaed perfectly, they use desentegrating packaging just like Farmers dog and my cats loved playing with it. The foods are perfectly frozen. And stayed frozen until I got home from my hospital job at 7pm, it would'veeven if I got off at 10pm. So that was handy. I also liked how they sent it with cute instruction cards, facts and a fridge magnet. It made it easier to try to transition my cats.

I’ve already posted a five star review on small.com, but I have to add this in! On two specific occasions, I was serving my boy. The pulled chicken. I was using his knife to separate the food so that it would be easier for him to eat. There was something big and chunky in the food that The knife could not easily separate! When I looked at it closer, I realized it was an ACTUAL PIECE OF CHICKEN, the kind I would eat. Need I say more?

I like how you come across as being ethical and caring about the cats health. I wish my cats wouldn't be so picky and eat healthier foods. Perhaps if your foods were around when they were younger they wouldn't be so difficult on change. Thank you for preparing a healthy choice.

This company has created amazing food for cats. I love that they have a video giving different ways to introduce your cats to their new food. It helped tremendously while transitioning my cats over to this food.

Ordering is easy, delivery is great my kittens love the food and the portion is perfect. Thank you.

My cat does not like Smalls. I don’t know why. He didn’t like any of the flavors. He’s not overweight and likes his premium cat food.

Received no response to: packaging concerns. (Hard to open packets). No labeling of ingredients, such as fillers used, vegetables??? No labeling of weight of food packets. Extra charge for "premium flavors"??? This was supposed to be "premium" cat food already. Premium options were significantly smaller...by at least an ounce. Again no labelling of weight! Did not stop or significantly reduce vomiting by my cats.

My cats really loved it I would continue with my orders but I don't have that type of money, I would when I extra funds 😔

Sent an expensive box without warning, just days after i got my trial box. Neither cat will touch it. Customer service worse than the food! Stay away from this shady company.

My roommate signed up for this service and got her sample box. Our cats response was ho-hum. Before she knew it she had another shipment on our doorstep. She contacted Smalls to get a refund. They said No, and she cancelled her subscription.
A couple of days later she received another shipment. She swears she agreed to a monthly delivery schedule...and they were shipping weekly. Again, NO to a refund. So, she's sitting on $450 worth of catfood that would take out cats months to consume. She really can't afford that big of a hit to her budget.

Did not like at all and threw away. Gave some to a neighbor and their dog liked more than the cat. Thank you, but will not buy again.
