This bunny box was awesome. I had tried a few other companies for bunny boxes. Yours is the best by far. I love the fact that you put hay in the box instead of other paper stuffing. The products are a very good selection and my bunny loved one of them instantly. I'm sure she will like all of them when I give them to her:)

The introduction message actually said the name of the business which not all do. The message was cute and included animal-related references. The customer service representative was very positive and helped me use my points when I would not have otherwise have.

This order was an attempt to correct the problems with the 3 cutting hay but he absolutely hates the 1st cutting. I even tried to mix a few pieces with his 3rd cut and he literally picks it out and pushes it away. It has been several days with the same unwanted results.Your response neglected to point out that I have contacted you on two occasions. Once, I sent a picture and second, I sent an envelope in the mail with a sample of the 3rd cutting that is almost a “dust” like quality that is a huge quantity of the 10 lb box that is completely inedible and must been thrown away. If it is “hand” packed, how is it possible no one seems to notice? His health along with avoiding any blockages is my main concern. His droppings reduced to a very small size after his attempt to forge on the new box. His veterinarian agrees with me at his recent yearly checkup that he needs something other than those small pieces to keep his gut moving. I thought by trying the 1st cut to “blend” with the 3rd cut would add in his digestion and get him back on track. I have seen results when he consumes the longer pieces, the droppings go back to their normal size. All you offered was a small discount on the next order. I have been with you folks for a long time so I have been through multiple seasons of hay growing seasons and/or issues but never like this.

Looking at your order history, we noticed that this was your first time trying our 1st Cut Timothy Hay after previously ordering 2nd and 3rd Cut. We love that you were willing to see if Mr. Bugs might enjoy a little variety, even if he had other plans.
Since every rabbit has their own preferences, it can sometimes take a little trial and error to find their perfect match. If you ever have questions or would like help choosing the best cut for your bunny, we're always happy to help. We didn't hear from you after this order, but we'd have been glad to offer guidance.

Perfect Hay Provider
Just started ordering hay from Small Pet Select probably 3-4 months ago. I wish I had done it sooner. The hay has been flawless and our piggies wheek every time I give them some.
