Fake pictures and product description

Ordered a Pedal trainer for my grandfather who is in rehabilitation. Chose a product from a serious manufacturer. The problem was that I got a completely different Pedal trainer from a completely different brand. Checked again and the product description and picture were completely different from the one I got. Couldn't find any other Pedal trainer in their assortment, so it doesn't seem like they made a mistake either. They just send a knock off version of the product you want and hope you don't return it.
