SCAM!!! They stole 201.74 cad from my bank account in 3 multiple charges from advertising in insta. In advertising price was $24. This is fraud and I blocked my card. A lot of people have the same problem. Maybe we all should go to court with this? If I don’t get my money back, I’ll speak about this everywhere and find another people who lost their money.

Scammers
Purchased a 90 day subscription for $24.99. Never could get access to it. I sent them an email, telling them I couldn't access it and they sent back some AI generated bs response about how they were "investigating" my case. I sent them a copy of the receipt - same response. A week later, still can't access the app and their response was would I want to add a complimentary additional 7 days to my subscription? Are you kidding me?
Also, their checkout process is tricky, where the ask if you want to add additional subscriptions - you know the ones where it's really easy to click past, and in the process, you inadvertently agree to add something? What was really sneaky was that they actually only sent a receipt for the original purchase. I didn't know about the 2nd charge until I checked my credit card statement. When I emailed them about that, they said they would "investigate" but that it would take 7 to 10 days.
I did receive the refund for both but not before I disputed the charge on the unauthorized one and had to go back and forth with their AI customer service for the original one.
Never got to use the app.

Please please do run away from this app. Everything is a fraud. I paid my 1month subscription, then the same day they tried to take out an unauthorised money for eu40+ and again for eu70+. My bank contacted me as it was suspicious and I cancelled this app straight away. As 1month subscription was paid, I couldn't use it after cancellation. Run from this app!

These are the biggest SCAMMERS of the year and what a way to do it! With a meditation app showing cool pics! Disgusting! Do not even think about it! They charged my card 3 times , a total of 100 USD, tho' I accepted only a 8 USD for a 7 days trial! I did NOT upgrade to any extra program as they claim when they reply to every complain. Please report them!
The bank thankfully refunded me one day later, after I reported a problem for each transaction! Please, guys, stay away from this app! You won’t get the personalized plan and all the meditations are AI generated!

I was scammed by this app
I was scammed by this app. I purchased a 24 dollars 3 months subscription. It actually cost 30 euros, so the price was not transparent. Once they had my payment information, they charged an additional 50 euros without my payment authorization for two other purchases. I wrote three times to them to ask for a refund on everything and no answer. I cancelled my card due to fraud because they have my payment information and i will dispute this through my bank, but they said it might take 90 days to solve a dispute. I still hope they will refund everything because I will contact the online payment processor, apple pay and whoever else needs to know what this company is using their services for. I joined the app to see what they actually provide and it’s shit. They do not give you the personalized plan they promise and the content is cheap, AI generated. I actually recognize the Eleven labs voices as i worked with Ai before. You’ll find much better content on youtube for free.

SCAM!!! I was charged 3 different charges within minutes. My bank thankfully declined. Now I have to go through the process of a new card. When I contacted the company WITH PROOF of the declined transactions, they blamed me saying I must have selected these choices. Insulting!!! I had the proof and they still wouldn’t take accountability. I have taken steps to report them. One of the transactions was at an ATM!!! It says in my bank account! App doesn't work correctly and zero customer service
I have an account I can not access. It keeps taking me around in circles and customer service is ZERO! The app itself says my account is good until the end of Dec 2025 but customer service wants me to go back and find proof that I purchased it, so I DO! Then they say a screen shot of the transaction WITH the order number on it is not good enough and leave me in limbo. This app does not work any longer and they are just keeping people's money. NO customer service phone # either, just a chat bot.

This app is a fraud , they take your money without your consent . I did a subscription for 3 months but as I didn t using it , I canceled it . But before my subscription was expiring they charged me for another 3 months without my consent !!! This is insane . Just to clarify: the subscription renews automatically, as is standard with most app stores, but we know it can come as a surprise if the renewal date isn’t expected. We're not trying to hide anything or charge without consent—these terms are stated at signup, but we absolutely understand how easy it is to lose track, especially if the app wasn’t in regular use.
As for the refund timing, you're right—it can take up to 14 days, and unfortunately that delay is due to the payment processors and banks, not something we can manually speed up, even though we wish we could.

When you go to trustpilot, you see all their 5 star reviews, have people with only 1 or 2 reviews.
So of course.... People just create a trustpilot account just to praise one company.. NOT!!
Another shitty China scammer tactic, they are worse than Indian call centers!
Even when you buy, you can't hear one single meditation to the end. It keeps stopping. So you have to stop meditating, open your phone and play again.
You cant even make a playlist, so you can hear the lucid dream course. You have to open your phone every single time to play the next track.
So guess that's why it's banned in several states in the US. Because it's a dirty China scam!!

Calming experience with room to grow
This app provides a peaceful experience, and the guided audio is calming. I liked the chakra balancing and the holotropic breathwork, but both features felt a little underdeveloped. The music selection is broad, which helps tailor each session, though the narration can feel too generic. Great for getting started with meditation, but not as useful if you’re looking for deeper or more advanced practices.

I don’t recommend Slow Dive time I have been trying to connect seems that the application wants me to upgrade and they keep charging me more and more and more and I’m not able to log into my account and this is the third time I’m trying. It’s very frustrating. Customer Service sucks they get back to you after several hours when of course you aren’t available, really I don’t recommend this kind of therapy is supposed to be for makeing people feel better after trying several times instead of getting relaxed I feel more stressed out. While using the app, it keeps on stopping. You can't even finish a whole meditation. The app stops halfway and doesn't want to work again. It basically disrupts your concentration, then in the end you just couldn't be bothered to restart your meditation again.
