Where do I started legit.

Where do I started legit.I use different casinos website this has to be the worst one I have ever used in my life it’s been 10 days and still haven’t received my withdrawal on there website says it is upto 7 days I am not happy and will never use or recommend this company to anyone The most unsatisfying company I have had to speak too and the customer services not the best no update and that’s after speaking too 2/6 different agents saying the same thing I can’t believe it they can keep your money as long as they have I will never use this company again!!!
I Have never ever Left a bad review On anything in my life on anything so this is new and a shock I am having to do this but this is well deserved!

One of the worst casinos around

One of the worst Casino around only when it comes to a withdrawal they decide that you need to send in verification which should be done when first sign up as for the withdrawals it’s a joke pending for at least 3 days with the option to reverse can’t even lock the withdrawal it’s not exactly responsible gambling IS IT!!!!
Play at a reputable casino where the withdrawals are processed within a few hours
How genies branded casinos are still operating is beyond me joke !!!!!

This casino is not going let you to verify your account, and will suspend your account before you are able to withdraw $. It gives you the option for verification account, which is NOT possible to provide. After few unsuccessful attempts, you will be suspended, while when you deposit will it will be allowed.

Casino refusal to verify account rendering unable to withdraw

I am a veteran of the online casino world and Sloty/Genesis are the worst I have come across. My play is vanilla and not related to any bonus. Despite this, they are hiding behind their document upload issues to not verify my account a process my withdrawal.

After first uploading 3 x pieces of KYC, the POA status is under review for 5-6 days at a time before the status changes to 'missing'. Their live chat are obstinate and state this needs to be uploaded, completely disregarding that the issue is their end and that you have chased them on multiple occasions. Currently awaiting a completion of complaints procedure to go the the GC.

(Stolen money) Terrible customer service do not pay…

Terrible customer service do not pay out at all I beat my waging odds at bonus money times 40 do I wagers over 3000 pound in bonus money to be left with 1600 and they turned it in to real money they once I withdrawn it it disappeared and got nothing for a week no email or anything then I got told they forfeited it and taken the lot even my own money all I got told was to look at the terms and conditions next time abd good buy they taken it off me because out of 291 bets I place 2 went over the wager limit that I was unaware off I have reported thus as there terms and conditions change six times in a week and its a con do not evert go on this site all I want is my money back that I deposited and am closing the account they have no right to take that money

I regret signing up with this casino

I regret signing up with this casino. As a previous reviewer stated, they seem to use every excuse to not pay out. They twist the terms and conditions to their liking so they can confiscate winnings. I won over $1000, I played through all of my wagering requirements, which took me hours, with the bonus I recieved and thought all was fine. Then I get an email saying my winnings were confiscated. Why? Because I had used $100 to buy the feature in a game before my wagering was done. It was a single transaction, but it was not an actual $100 bet. In the rules it says you may not place big bets while fulfilling wagering requirements, but that did not seem like a bet as I got 10 free spins worth $1 each. It says no bets bigger than $5, but it says nothing about buying a feature. When I attempt to call support, the number doesn't actually exist. In chat I only had someone arguing with me, constantly stating "the rules" and saying they were within rights to take MY MONEY, even though "you may not buy features during a game" was not a rule.
I know I may sound stupid like I do not understand what rules are, but if I believed I broke the rules, I wouldn't be here. I own up to my mistakes. I am considering going to the uk gaming commission and filing a complaint as I am obviously not the first person who has had problems like this, and I wont be the last. I would like my money back, and then I am going to close my account. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

No where in your terms and conditions does it say anything about buying features. That's what this is about. On EVERY other site I've been on, it does. Yours leaves it out, and according to my lawyer, and the gaming commission, since that is not part of your rules, I am entitled to my money that was confiscated. You cannot just twist rules to serve you. Either you admit that I did not break a written rule, or I start legal proceedings, which I know I will win.

They denied verification because they…

No winnings from first bank deposit.
No statement in the terms that says this.
Why answer if lies is the only answer you can give? It only makes my statement valid.
So case closed, sloty.com is a fraud site.
Stay away.

They denied verification because they needed the old card I deposited with. Since this card has been terminated I was not able to provide it. I found an old e-mail with the front of this card even though Infound it weird that they needed thes, but then suddenly it was not enough.
The issue here is that I have provided all info to verify my identy: passport, utility bill and the new card I deposited with.
This is enough to prove identity according to their own terms.
It is simply not possible for me to withdraw because they came up with this new idea.
I won 3900€ from 30€ deposit on the new card, but they will never pay.
Replying to customers takes longer than the time frame stated on their site.
Verifying documents takes longer than the time frame stated on their site.
This is a fraud casino and I recommend everyone to stay far away from it. There are far better and more serious casinos.
I simply don't understand why some casinos wants to create such bad relations to their customers.
Taken from their website:
"We know what our customers want and we bring it to them in the way that they want but this is not the only key ingredient to experience."

What a joke.

PS: I have of course filed a complaint towards them with gambling authorities which takes my side. Let's see how long this will take before in worst case scenario for them they will loose their liscence.

They really do love to not pay on withdrawals.

This is the worst experience i have ever had with a casino in my life.
I deposited £100 (not my first deposit) slots seemed stagnant so i withdrew the £100, an hour later i was bored. So i cancelled the withdrawal and went on roulette, won a few times and settled on a £400 withdrawal. this was on or around the 25 or 26th march. Couple of days go by and they lock my account for ( security check) for which they didnt inform me nor have i been told why as of now. then on the 27th i get an email asking to verify which is fine im verified everywhere else i play. so i send my passport, a utility bill photos of card used to deposit and a bank statement, now 5 days later after having to call them relentlessly they now ask for a screenshot of bank statement with the initial £100 transaction which is fine but then ask for a selfie of myself holding passport, now thats going to take another 72 hours to look at. seems like really bad, i had no issue with any genesis casino before this. im so angry. their customer service is atrocious. oh before anyone thinks of this, i cant access livechat on sloty as "there are no agents available"

Edit. Still not sorted. Now they asked for a picture of me holding my passport. On the 7th they asked. I sent that picture on the 2nd. You say your agents are available 24/7 but they havent been available at all via slotys website. But conveniently available on your sister site which is where i have to only to get no help. Every single email you send me i respond rapidly but i then have to wait 3 to 4 days for a solitary response. That wait time alone is dreadful. My account is still blocked with no explanation. Something your reply hasnt mentioned. You have evaded most of my issues and focussed on why your able to ask for a selfie.

THEY WONT PAY YOU!

Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The worst casino company I have ever dealt with. I have signed up to several Genesis owned casinos and if you make any profit they will find any excuse in their shady t's and c's to take it away. Withdrawals will take weeks and you will receive no help from customer support. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for "regular checks' on a withdrawal. I COULD NOT ADVISE MORE THAT YOU AVOID SLOTY AND OTHER GENESIS OWNED CASINOS. THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Edit: Reply to response: does it also say in your terms and conditions that you can hold our money for as long as you like without giving a valid reason.. make ID and verification an unnecessarily difficult and time consuming experience rejecting documents for any and every reason you can think of.. not pay winnings by finding loop holes in your own utterly unfair and completely biased set of rules to serve your own selfish gain and nothing else.. how about you just pay out on time and fairly like other sites before you get found out and shut down genesis!

Unfortunately i had same problem with verify account before withdraw money like some people here.Process of this is horryfic and so looong, customer service is useless and not helpful at all. If you got some money to be withdraw ,they doing everything to keep money on your account,( of course you must lose it :)not withdraw :( thats why;;),they making lot of problems with verify account even if you send all documents what they need.I still waiting for my money from them, Worst casino ever!!! Not Paying Out On Wins!!!!!!! MUST READ FOR ALL ONLINE GAMBLERS

I deposited 50.00£ and received £50 bonus.. With this i was able to win upto £2900. This amount was shown available to withdraw, i did this and had to provide information of identification of card/address/photo.. I then had to wait for authorisation (upto 48hrs) i had an email back in the same day stating:

We hope this email finds you well.
We regret to inform you that your winnings have been removed due to a breach of the bonus's Terms and Conditions during your game play.
You placed bets 6 up to 7.5 which is not allowed when playing with a bonus money. Your initial deposit is back in your account

I email them back asking what the heck is going on, the live chat people sent details of the info to me below..

10. The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is:
Slots and Video Slots - €5 per bet.
Any other game - €30 per bet.
Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings.

IF this is the case then gambling of bets £5 or above should not be an option that is available to people whilst using the bonus feature.

Im truly not happy with this at all, and surely im not the only person for this to happen to..
