Currently registered with Gamstop but came across this site and it let me sign up and deposit. No sensible gambling tools available on the site to let you set deposit limits, self-exclusions etc.

Spent around £200 over a few days. Sent email to ask to close my account completely to which I got no reply. Spent another £50 or so...sent another email begging them to close my account, but said I would report them to the gambling commission as they are failing to help a customer who is asking for help.

Got a reply the next day from the "casino manager" saying that my account had been closed and apologised for the delay.

It's almost like these sites that somehow aren't with gamstop are the ones that either have no customer service to talk to or making withdrawals impossible.

I also hardly won anything on any of the slot games and they seem to have many of the well known ones from some of the top providers! But I would avoid this casino, and any that are not with gamstop.

Deposited 100 and started playing roulette. Won 300 totalling 400 and tried to withdraw. On looking at reviews i got to be honest i was doubting i'd ever get my money! It took a day to verify, quite straightforward. Then took 2 working days to leave the pending withdraw stage then another 4 working days for money to hit my account. Communication has been good, have received replies each time I've messaged. Live chat would be better! Overall, a pleasant experience except worrying i wouldn't see my money. Can confirm its not a scam. However you will not get your money in 5mins so if you are addicted and have a problem you'll more than likely cancel the withdraw and carry on.

As many other have done, I discovered this casino because it is one of the top occurring one among non-gamstop betting site lists. I deposited the minimum (£25) and ended up +£180 via the live casino. To withdraw, you then have to be “verified” which is an unusual process which required a picture of your card (with some numbers blocked out) and a picture of a recent bill. The confidentiality of how this information is stored is impossible to tell. However, after requesting a withdrawal I got paid in 3 days. If you are on Gamstop, you really should not be playing and this site as well as others is inherently less reliable than mainstream sites. It’s objectively a foolish decision to use these sorts of grey market sites. However, they did pay and did respond to messages fairly quickly so for what it’s worth, it’s as “good” as a site of this nature can be.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Fraudulent company who take money without authorisation from multiple different company names. They have taken hundreds of pounds from my account.

This is a scam. They stole money from your account without your permission. If you win something you have not a chance to get your winnings. Avoid this scammers. Luckily I’ve contacted my bank and the anti fraud team and they blocked my money. They used accounts from Niger, Togo and all sorts of African countries. Robbers.

This is a fraudulent website they take more money than you deposit. They are also based in Nigeria and the bank have informed me of the suspicious activity of this FW.SHOP* payment method and have been blocked by my bank

Terms &conditions state 48 hours after verifications (i am verified) for withdrawals to process but mine hasn’t.

They reply saying they need to do more checks as they are converting from their currency.

There’s also no option to return to card so it’s bank transfer.

Odd site - I gave 3 starts previously but it’s no good if you can’t get your winnings.

So I deposited easily enough and won just under £5000 on a football bet. I’m so happy with it but now the problem seems to be trying to verify my identity. If this ever gets confirmed the next problem will be withdrawing the cash. Has anyone managed to withdraw their funds ? Finally I’ve won a nice amount which will help me in my life right now but the terribly slow response times with this company has me worried. With the verification I provided everything and then when they wanted more I also provided the documents for them.

So I got verified and tried to withdraw. You can only withdraw £500 at a time and it takes forever to process. You can’t set betting or deposit limits either so if you have a problem gambling as I do it’s hard to resist betting more. My fault, but I’ve pretty much lost most of the money I won now. I wanted to withdraw it all straight away and block my account but you can’t do that. It’s hard enough getting a reply by email. Also when you deposit they take extra money from you. I’ve tried getting this back too but no response yet again. Stay away from the sites that recommend this slotsnbets such as:

It’s by far not the best site at all as everything takes a long time.

I had to send a couple of emails and upload the correct documents and eventually got verified.

About a week ago I withdrew £500, took just over 48 hours to process and then hit my bank the next day.

Recently withdrew on 8th feb, processed on the 10th and hit my bank today 11th. Becaurful because that's Casino i SCAM. I deposit more like £2000. After that I winning £6200 but I still don't have my withdraw. Approved all my document is 4 days. I send Withdraw on 7th February and still not aproved. I send also email for company what give supply licence and I have replay:

Looking like take only deposit and don't doing withdraw at all. All reviews what I read just wait for money a lit bit longer is laying. Probably support on slotsnbets.com put that reviews. Disappointed is a lot of website recomend this fake casino.
