I have been waiting on my withdrawl since March 16th. Today was the 10th. Day after they sent an e mail saying i would have it in 7-10 days. Still no payment. I've contacted them several times and they keep escaluating it to get my payment faster. Well I'm still waiting. Would not recommend. Even if you win it takes an act of congress to get your winnings

Ive been waiting for a week for $530 withdrawal and they said it was approved and I check on it today and they decide because I didn't make a deposit in a certain time frame they ain't paying!!! Sending false ads to my email promising free $30 to play with. Did not honor and I was in the chat for like almost 20 min before i got a response. Also LTC and BTC crypto deposits are all they have available. BLEH! I do not want to pay fees to lose my money. Makes absolute nonsense. Also guy bumped me out of the chat before I was done responding to him. Harrible, I hope gardenslops is not the 1st one people try under the inclave group, because this one does not belong. The customer service reps feed you a script on how withdrawal takes 7-10 business days. After that time passes, then they said, we will escalate the matter. Check back in 24-72 hours.

NEVER play here. On 11/10 I requested a bitcoin withdrawl. A week later when checking status I was told I couldn’t use bitcoin and had to do wire transfer. No one contacted me to tell me this and why would it be an option if I couldn’t use it? I canceled bitcoin and did a wire. Week later told I of course needed to submit more documents. A week later upon checking status was told everything was good and would be receiving soon. A DAY later was told I needed more documents. AGAIN. Now I’m being told 10 days to review and 10-14 days MORE to receive.

yikes i was gonna tell you how bad they are but this 1.7 already does this more than i ever could , if you win it takes 3-7 days to reveiw your withdraw and they use an algorythem to do so, thats sad !
