I did warn everyone that these are scammers. I had £19,000 took from me even though my account was full verified. How these can get away with it it’s speaks volumes of the online casino world if they can just get away with stealing money from people after putting all your trust in them and sending private details. If we all come together and create a full report I will be happy to take this on with the right regulators as they literally getting away with theft. You okay with your own money yet they take what you win. You can find me on social media if you want to send over any evidence you have and I will put it all together in a report. I have loads of evidence, especially them changing there domain name from Slotsamigo to Sl0tsamigo when I challenged them. But the £19,000 I won legitimately was life changing for me, I am just struggling on my own, so I feel with more people come forward then I feel it will help catch these scumbags.

Waiting for them to close my account!! I haven’t had any confirmation emails from them regarding closing my account which I asked for it to be done. Live support are pointless bunch of morons who are there for god knows what.

This site is a scam site do not spend anything on this site. They hide behind terms and conditions however I stuck to all of them including only be able to withdraw 150% of what you deposit. Their verification checks were an absolute joke the amount of documents they wanted including payslips from employer and pictures of me holding documents. Then once ‘passed’ all these checks and waited 1 month and 4 days and still no withdrawal. I got a message of: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to close an existing account without explanation. T&C 3.1. numeral a. with which your account was closed. My account has been closed down and I won’t get my money. I’m going to try and get charge backs from my bank and report them for unregulated gambling site and to action fraud. You have been warned you won’t get your money. What an awful site this is :(

I have had a withdrawal pending for nearly a month now. They are scanners do not use very bad at responding to emails and chat say not their domain.

Horrible site. I asked for a limit to be set and after 3 days still not set. When I had a good win, there was a 500 limit on what I could withdraw. Scam site. Avoid. Also was saying I was withdrawing with crypto which I wasn't.

I made deposits over the space of a few months. I made a legitimate withdrawal for £250. I waited 15 business days as per their t&c's, they didn't process my withdrawal. I complained everyday for weeks. I waited a further 15 days after giving more verification documents.

I contacted online chat support daily using their website.

Everytime I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse.....

After 1 month since the withdrawal they decided to confiscate my winnings and close my account - they used the excuse that my additional verification could not be approved.

I gave the following verification documents:

Bank Statement (showing the deposits)
Driving licence (both sides)
Payslip
Utility bill
Bank Card
Selfie with my driving licence
Selfie with my bank card.

Now they are ignoring my emails and have closed / blocked me from logging in.

DO NOT USE, DO NOT DEPOSIT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS.

They decided after 2 months to close my account and not pay my withdrawal, despite me sending absolutely everything they have asked me for (which was already a joke). I will be reporting them to the authorities.

Never use this site. It’s a scam. I have £500 to be withdrawn and has been two months. It took ages for them to except my documents. They want you to deposit at least £100 on the site before they will let you withdraw ( which should have been a red flag) and then keep getting fobed off. It took weeks before anyone got back to me in complaints . And now they want all my documents again. All 11 things, and one including wage slips which is a bit dodgy. Why do they need that.

Now they blocked my account after I send them an email about my lawyer investigation. Which shows how they changed their name from slots amigo in sl0ts amigo as they never had a license. I will post here all their sister sites .

I made a total of £165 in deposits, on my last deposit I was quite lucky to get upto a balance of £2000.
Tried to withdraw.. maximum withdrawal £500.. erm what?
Anyway, tried that, declined. Apparently the maximum you can withdraw is 250% of your deposit. Ridiculous terms.. anyway 16 working days later still don't receive any funds, contact them to be told I'm unwilling to wait any longer , this is the reply I got.. " the fact that you definitely couldn't wait any longer, I reported your case, and the decision was to return your deposits. "
What? So after waiting 16 working days, they are deciding to refund my deposits.. absolute joke.
I will update this if I receive my deposits back which is doubtful.

Ignored emails, useless chat Cielo is a idiot. No contact number or business address. Absolutely scum of the earth robbing thieving scumbags.

This is a company even after they claim the payout will happen after 15 working days don’t or don’t even responded to emails. Live chat is useless as they just say wait for an email for the withdrawal department. Hopefully more people read the reviews before they are basically scammed out of money. If you do communicate with them save everything will help you with your bank etc

FAKE. The games just don't play like on a regular site. I've played pragmatic games on many sites, literally hundreds if not thousands of bonuses of experience (sadly) and there is no way that these games are legit on here. For example I did around 40 sugar rush bonuses on £20 each and I would guess around 38 of them paid less than £5, while the other 2 broke even. Everything just feels off about the games on here, you'll know it if you unfortunately experience it.

Site is a joke, although the promotions are catching the games never pay out. big bass bonanza on every other site I’ve used when you get a scatter you tend to get fair amount of fishes but on this site you’re lucky to even get a scatter let alone when the you do you get 10 free spins and win nothing at all.

Lots of issues but mainly I had a bet which won 275 euros and they cancelled it and returned stake when it won - blaming their system. Have asked repeatedly for the credit but they just delay promising to email and that it was a technical error. Then I go through the whole thing on chat again only for them to fob you off with excuses and that they’ll email you. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi Slotsamigo i really dont like your payments for withdrawal money im waiting for more than 10 days for my withdrawal of 500euro and that still its in pending this is so bad im write to email but they are saying just they can take up to 15 days and nothing else its very very bad that i really dont like it...
