Absolute bunch of cowboys!! I won over £1000 and they removed it from my wallet saying I should not have bet more than £5 as this was part of a bonus - how ridiculous. I have closed my account.

Help - what do I do? So over a month to 2 months I deposited 2000 on credit card and 4000 on debit card chasing my money (very stupid) I got my balance up to 8000 euros and tried withdrawing. Now I cannot login and when I speak to support they say I closed my account and it can’t be reopened and there was no money in the account when it was closed. All the deposits are different shell companies and they aren’t registered in the uk. Also you shouldn’t be allowed to deposit with credit card so very dodgy. What do I do??

Well they dont seem to be legit, i made a deposit & a few hours later made a small withdrawal of 200 euros. I kept an eye in the transaction history over the next few days and today the transaction of the withdrawal has magically disappeared . I'm advising people not to deposit here BUT will update my review accordingly if i receive the money from Slotmonster Casino. Live chat said that i bet over £5 in the bonus funds and that I used the bonuses which is not allowed. Instead they keep your winnings and your deposits. Will report to the bank who are usually good at getting back money from these kind of con artists. Be warned . Update - Bank have refunded my deposits i suggest others speak to their banks if they have been robbed. If you cannot buy bonuses or bet over £5 they should be disabled when using a bonus, also since writing this review the terms now appear to show the correct terms but overall as the Casino not only wiped my winnings but tried to steal my depsoits aswell which goes against their own t&c this is a massive red flag i would avoid

Please do yourself a massive favour and DO NOT BET ON THIS SITE. If you do want to bet, you might as well hand deliver them your hard earned cash on a satin pillow, and bend over while you’re at it. I recently had a troubling experience with SlotMonster casino. After a substantial win, my account was closed without clear explanation, and my winnings were declared void. The casino only communicated that my winnings were voided and that my account was closed due to an internal management decision. Despite repeated requests for clarification and justification, I have received no concrete information regarding the reason for this decision.

According to their message, my account has been closed and my winnings declared void. The only action taken was to refund my original deposits, but my winnings have not been returned.

I believe this is not only unfair but also contrary to the rules and transparency expected from a legitimate casino. If my full winnings are refunded within 3 days, I will remove this review and update my feedback.

Update: Should the full amount be refunded as promised, I will remove this review and revise my experience.

Do not use this site, I have tried to withdraw 6 times, each time the money is refunded to my account however when I go on live chats with support they say that the withdrawal is active. Until about 10 minutes go by of back and forth arguing where they agree I’m right. They say that I am verified and to try and submit withdrawal request again. Refusing to pay out money due to incompetence DON’T USE!!!!

Uk based review. Was a little sceptical of this site considering some reviews I’ve read, however proceeded regardless. Made a couple of deposits over the period of a week, on the Thursday made my first withdrawal (1000€). Took 24 hours to move from pending to approved, and second withdrawal (300€) on Saturday. Another 24 hours to move pending to approved. Monday lunchtime noticed both withdrawals in my bank account. Nice site with some nice games.
