Unpaid affiliate commission

I am really disappointed with this brand’s affiliate program.

They actively promote their affiliate opportunity, but when it comes to paying commissions, they completely fail to deliver. I have sent multiple emails regarding my payment, yet all I receive is silence, being ignored, and a clear lack of respect.

This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I strongly warn anyone considering working with this brand or even purchasing from them — be prepared for a frustrating, time-consuming, and extremely poor experience.

I have read all the bad reviews here…

I have read all the bad reviews here and am quite shocked as my experience was quite good.
I didn't get in contact with their support tho.

I ordered a 240W GaN Charger for my Gaming Laptop to replace the huge bulky one that came with the laptop.

I'm using it since half a year and it works perfectly, since it also has usb-c ports I don't take any other charging bricks when I travel.

It was a real improvement for me so far considering I would otherwise need the bulky one from ASUS and small separate usb-c charging bricks.

Worst service ever

Suddenly I can't give less than 1 star.
I never received any package, so I opened a dispute with the seller on Paypal because the support center stop answering me and asked for a refund. I have dealed with the worst possible post selling service and the worst delivery service, if you plan to buy this product, buy it on amazon.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger on 21 May 2025 via the website from the SlimQ Official Store, 14161 Aldora Cir, Burtonsville Maryland, 20866.
My order receipt was signed off by Derek Lei Lui, +1 (408) 780-9880, slimq.life.

The ordered items were sent from China to Singapore using Cainiao. The estimated arrival date was not provided - normally orders from Amazon and other respectable merchants will give an estimated arrival date. But not this vendor. My order eventually took FOURTEEN CALENDAR DAYS TO REACH ME.

The first attempt at shipping failed. I sent an e-mail to SlimQ Support to check why the delivery took so long. The reply was that "the package was not handed to airline successfully. (the package was not able to board a plance)." - signed off by Derek.

The second attempt at shipping my order which was returned to the China factory used YanWen as the shipper. The order eventually arrived 03 Jun 2025.

In the meantime I received THREE confusing e-mails with the subject " SlimQ order SLIMQ-SHF-xxxxx confirmed" dated 21 May 2025, 26 May 2025 and 04 Jun 2025 (AFTER THE ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED).

So, to summarise, the delivery for my order was all screwed up, even though it eventually arrived.

After delivery I tested the SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger on my 2025 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop. This laptop produces different performance results depending on whether it is running on:
1. Battery,
2. The included original ASUS 100W power supply, or
3. The included original ASUS 200W power supply.

When connected to the SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger using the XT60 cable, the laptop performance produced the same results as when using the original ASUS 100W power supply. In other words, the SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger produces the same results as when using the original ASUS 100W power supply. Using the original ASUS 200W power supply still produces the best results.

I feel very cheated.

SlimQ advertises the SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger as being able to provide 330W. But when connected to my 2025 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop, it produced results no better than when using the original ASUS 100W power supply.

If SlimQ can supply another SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger to their official representative in Singapore I will be happy to bring my SlimQ F330 330W GAN Laptop Charger to verify the performance and if required exchange my piece for a replacement piece.

IN THE MEANTIME ANY POTENTIAL BUYER IS ADVISED NOT TO USE THE SLIMQ F330 330W GAN LAPTOP CHARGER TO CONNECT TO 2025 ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS G14 LAPTOP BECAUSE IT SIMPLY CANNOT SUPPLY ENOUGH WATTAGE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL ASUS 200W POWER SUPPLY.

Shocking support AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Initially supplied the wrong lead with the 330W charger, this was resolved relatively easily though.
The real issue started when I noticed a perculier issue with the charger, and I was asked to return it to Hong Kong. They have received this, and eventually, after several ignored emails, the carriage was reimbursed.
Unfortunately this was the last I've heard, no more replies and no replacement charger.
Shocking support, shocking company ethos, avoid dealing with these people and save yourself some grief and money.

Bought their 240W laptop charger, but it died within just shy of 3 months. No support, no replacement, just radio silence, even after emailing weekly for a month, from "Kuangliang", they won't stand behind their products; don't be a victim

Useless charger, bad support and not much weight reduction

Be aware that their advertising can be false. I order a 240W charger with an angled L-shaped adapter for my MSI laptop.
Turns out the their adapter doesn't fit my laptop, despite their advertising that adapter fits ALL MSI laptops.
The charger technically connects to my laptop as a straight cable (without L-shaped adapter), but its useless to me without adapter as cable takes too much side space when coming out of laptop (so I can't place the mouse next to my laptop).
I was trying to talk to their support about it, but they are absolutely horrendous.
It took many, many days and back and forth to even explain the issue as they seem to have intelligence of the 5 year old and the memory of the goldfish.
They barely understand basic English and I needed to explain the the same thing over and over again. Its like talking to a brick wall.
Once they understood the issue they just disappeared (as it can't really be fixed, but they also didn't adjust their advertising)
So my experience with SlimQ was pretty bad. Wasted time and money buying useless adapter and then talking to their horrible customer support.

Oh! And in terms of weight reduction it is not that great either. The adapter itself is quite a bit lighter than my original one, but the cables themselves are much heaver actually. So in total the weight reduction is quite small. Certainly a lot less weight reduction than I expected.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.
Ordered a charger and cable in December. After the courier supposedly delivered the item (outside my property and didn’t even knock) the item was stolen.

I reported this to the supplier as a heads up, as well as the courier, who began their investigation and stated that, if this took longer than 5 days, the supplier would need to get in touch with the courier. This investigation began in February and I have shared all relevant information with the SlimQ team, to date.

SlimQ have decided that, instead of dealing with the issue and keeping me updated the best option is to ignore me and have done so for the past month despite multiple attempts to follow up on my end.

The most ridiculous part is, this is very easily resolved by getting in touch with the courier. I hope to see a resolution, but am very disappointed by the approach so far
