Impossible to fault either the oolong tea I bought from Slimming Solutions or the help I received from their online chat (with a real person!). The tea arrived quickly and I've felt better and genuinely impressed with it living up to the claims about diet and general health effect.

Have used Slimming Solutions for many years now. My main purchase is the Feiyan Tea. The offers are really good, particularly the 20% or the recent 25% discount. This means really good value for money. The tea really helps my digestion -I’d be lost without it ! Customer service has always been excellent and on the couple of occasions I’ve had a problem it’s been sorted immediately. Danielle has been my most recent contact. Was let down by another company and the girls at Slimming Solutions came to my rescue. They went over and above, taking my parcel to the post office as their Royal Mail collection had already left. I recieved my items the following day as promised and my wedding went off without a hitch. I also lost 20kg with their slim bomb on the lead up to my wedding.

The only thing you lose is £ don't waste your money like I did

Ordered the slim bombs and oolong tea, no notice that customs would be added if ordering from ROI so had to pay an additional €15.99 to get the package, this should be made clear when ordering. The product is nothing more than pro plus, the contents are caffeine and have the same effect but nothing more. I was duped by the raving reviews on line but realised that went to post my review it was not published, so they don’t allow the truth to be added. I don’t know where those reviews came from talking about luminous urine as the fat cells are removed etc, it’s utter nonsense when I think about it. Any way the best part of €80 basically thrown out the window. Don’t be tricked like I was. The one star is literally because I had to and also because they despatch promptly but I could have got the same for €3 in Superdrug. The only pounds difference has been in my wallet

Ordered a body shaper mid November and nothing delivered and no communication from them still despite calling and emailing. It's now December. I don't 3xpect to recieve my item now as it looks like they are a scam company so will be contacting Trading Standards. Would rate zero if I could- stay away from this company.

They sent wrong item. Emails sent no reply and phone just ri.gs out them goes to tesco mobile voice mail. Would NOT recommend

I purchased feiyan teabags which are usually supplied as having 2 small boxes in 1 large box, this was advertised as 3 for 2 totaling just under £30 which is the average price. So I was expecting 3 large boxes total of 6 small boxes but in receipt it was 3 small boxes. Slimming solutions split the large boxes meaning I paid 50% more than what other retailers charge. This is disgusting especially in the cost of living crisis.
Avoid this site there arecdecent honest sites that charge half the price.

Bought the body camp wrap. Complete waste of time and money. Firstly you don't get enough bandages (I'm a size 12), then the clay that's supposed to be lovely on your skin actually dries like dust. No inches were lost despite me emailing for further instructions (all they give you is 5 tiny pictures). When I complained, the customer service was terrible and they fobbed me off by saying no one ever complains. Would never use this company again. One star is generous.

Ordered feiyan slimming teas and some diet patches from their website, delivered next day despite there being postal delays due to Coronavirus. I needed some advice on how to make the tea and how often to change my patch and even though the girls were working from home, my call was answered on a Sunday evening and great advice was received. I have ordered again as I am happy with my results and again, quick receipt of my products.
