I’m very happy with all my purchases from Slim by Nature I have lost 10ks with minimal effort thanks to the highly effective supplements . I am now in maintenance phase and have incorporated Formula Z into my night cap. I’m so impressed by this product I’m now onto my 3rd jar, it’s a wonderful night cap and certainly lives up to the claims.

What is brilliant about this is that not only you lose weight fast but you also learn how to eat for your body!

Very little communication
I purchased the product a week ago today and have had very little communication from the company as to what is happening with my order. I followed them up via phone to see when it will be dispatched and was told they were waiting for stock and may be done on Friday. I appreciate there are delays at times, but to only receive one email saying it is processing is pretty average. I am looking forward to trying the product if/when it arrives.

Struggling with weight all my life I don’t ever remember being this weight.

With delivery it’s very fast and convenient, it gets put into the letter box. With in the week I already had my order.

I was told about Slim by Nature by a friend.
I gave it a go, thinking “I need to loose weight, starting at 97kgs, what do I have to loose?”
The first time that I tired it, I followed the program to a T. Loosing 8-9kgs.

Then I did it again loosing another 7kgs, ending up to be 83-82kgs I didn’t recognise myself. My skin was clearer, my clothes were bigger, and the people around me where prancing me all the time 💕
Total of weight loss of 19-20kgs.

I used the one month packet of patches, for both times, having a maintenance period in between.

I did eat a chocolate here, and there but it’s okay it didn’t make a difference. I continued to loose weight. I continued to follow the weight loss journey until I finished using the patches.

This is my 2-3 year since I haven’t done any dieting and I only have gained 3kgs sitting on the current weight at 87kgs today.

This program taught me the amount of food to put into my body and makes you appreciate food flavours.

I recommend this diet to my sister and she ended up loosing about 5kgs the first time. It’s not for everyone. But it does work.

The tips that I will give you are:
~plan your meals in advance
~have hot baths before going to bed 2 times a week.
~be consistent
~think of a goal of weight that you want to loose
~ think positive it not for ever only a month.

Very happy with the delivery of my inner goodness patches. I had stopped wearing these patches and had noticed the difference in how my muscles and joints ached. You don’t realise how much a product is helping until you stop...using them. I think the inner goodness patches are a must from now on...

I have only done it for a week and the results are excellent, everything is very well explained and there is support from both SBN and the community which is great.

I ordered my patches and they arrived without delay .I have started this week .
So far the patches have remained in place ,however I have had to press the edges down a few times as they seem to curl up .
Today is day 2 phase 1 .
I feel good ,not so tired .I am looking forward to this program
COVID restrictions were not kind ,working from home ,isolated and no family or friends near by have impacted my weight and well being .
It's a viscious cycle and as I am 56 the journey is real !
I really hope that Slim by Nature products and support aid me to successfully regain a healthy weight ,gain confidence and live !!!

Program amazing.

Only criticism would be: colour code your patches to differentiate between them and look at a non irritant for patches, they do irritate after worn for a few days. Other than that I am extremely happy with service.

I am very happy with the Slim by Nature diet. Though still in phase 2 I am enjoying the foods and finding it easy to organise. I love the facebook page where others are putting there photos and showing the foods they are making to give you ideas.

Has been a very happy experience. Glad I found this product.

Very easy to deal with, excellent site, full of useful information

I am so happy I came across Slim by Nature and took the plunge to try this detox program.
2021 got the better of me physically and mentally being continuously in lockdown and I was eating the wrong food and drinking way too much. I was so unhappy with myself, by the time we eventually got out of lockdown I didn’t want to go out because of the way I looked.
I started this program in early Jan thinking I would do 26 days, then I extended this to 43 day and now my goal is to extend to 60 days.
Once you get your head around the foods and portions you can eat it is a really easy program to follow. And I have had really great results - on the scales and in centimetres. Although there are restrictions with the types of foods you can eat, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten such a balanced diet with lots of fruit and veggies - much more than I would usually have.
I highly recommend this program and the Facebook support group is wonderful, I couldn’t have done it without that group.

Great product. I got the detox drops, they help me focus on eating healthy and control my cravings. I also love the tea and the packaging is very attractive. Would recommend.
