Fraudulent and Horrible Company!!!!!!
Horrible company I would never recommend them to anyone. Fist off they fraudulently charged my card for several months for now reason. No service was was provided. I filled out the online survey form and never followed up with the online doctor visit they did not approve or prescribe me anything, but yet they kept charging my card for almost a total of +$2k. Getting someone on chat never works. Through email takes over a month for a response. The phone agents can't do anything right. I was suppose to get a call back from a manager and never did, it's been a nightmare to get any sort of help. They even admitted to charging may card but no service was provided, but said they can't process the refund but will be happy to give me the medication for the x amount of months they charged me. Mind you another sketchy business tactic. They are willing to give me medication that has yet to be approved by any medical professional. Let me just tell you right now I was not qualified for the medication this is coming from another more reliable telehealth company, but Slimbody is willing to just give me medication illegally rather than refund me for the charges.
