Ordered 2 stun gun... received BBQ lighters...they acknowledged having a system error... I paid 48.73 cdn ...they offer a refund of only 6$ US

I ordered from this website after seeing an Instagram advertisement. The products I received were defective. Despite their return policy published on their website, the photos I sent, and the parcel I returned with the provided tracking number, it has been impossible to obtain a refund.
I strongly advise against ordering from this site. Their behaviour is dishonest.

I bought so called metallic socks on this website and one pair arrived damaged and the other one, instead of sending me the silver pair, then sent a plain white pair of socks.
I asked for a refund, as it was damaged and that I did not other the white pair, and all they offered is a small refund.
Impossible to ship back and get full refund.
Would never recommend!

Feel sorry to even give 1 stat ,the worst possible scam of metallic socks !! Please don’t buy nothing from them is totally scam web site with horrible low bad bad product !!

Scammers switch for letter fitting product so looks like it’s coming and you can track tracked only to the receive an inferior product to the one advertised.. SCAM SCUM!!!!
They did slightly communicate with me and told me to chase with neighbours but I have door cameras and the time of delivery was an inferior product in a standard envelope.. x 99 magnetic camera holder and not a pro Streaming Gimble they told me u was getting..

⭐ BIG SCAM – WRONG ITEM & OVERCHARGED

I ordered a product listed for $44, but my card was charged $81. On top of that, I received a completely different product from what was shown on the website, and it was much smaller than advertised.

I sent them photos and full details as proof. Instead of fixing their mistake, they offered only $4 as a refund and then tried to avoid responsibility by saying I must return the item to China at my own expense.

This is clearly a scam tactic — overcharging, sending the wrong product, and then pushing customers to pay high return shipping so they give up.

Do not trust this website. I was scammed.

Absolutely horrible company- nothing is legit with them.
Even if you provide photographic proof of your purchase (descriptive receipt) they do not make it right. Bait and switch is their motto. Robotic responses. Shipping timeline lies. Offer refunds at pennies vs what you paid and so on. This company is a scam and should be banned with fines given to them. Avoid at all cost- absolute scam!! Don’t give them a dime

This is a scam. I purchased "Hohem iSteady M7 Gimbal Stabilizer for Smartphone" after seeing an advertisement online and was cheated out of my purchase. What I received today was a Magnetic"X-99" Aluminum Alloy Multi-Functional Magnetic Bracket. WTF. This is simply a bait-and-switch scam. The package came from:

Ordered 2 plug in light up Christmas trees. Arrived 6 weeks later - only 1 worked. No reply from customer service.
And since ordering I’m having doubts about their actual safety.
Don’t think I’m going to use them - might send to Trading Standards to check them out.

You are using totally false advertising and you know it.

Abysmal service. Product (tyre pressure gauge) paid for 12/Sept 2025 and waited for it to arrive. Sliderow said it had been delivered to our porch (correct address) but nothing found on 29th Sept 2025... WE DO NOT HAVE A PORCH.
EMAILS SENT TO SUPPORT WHO KEEP SENDING THE SAME EMAIL BACK SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED.
Have asked for proof of delivery which they don't reply to and resorting to this forum to try and get either a refund or a replacement item. Have contacted the delivery company (Yodel) who do the same and don't respond.

Avoid like the plague. Now going Ng to chase up a chargeback on the credit card used for payment.

Support are useless and just send back email response saying check neighbours in the area....

Only got one star because that is the lowest you can give.
Do not purchase anything from this lot, bought a 4k waterproof camera with accessories to mount on my helmet and got sent an inferior camera, no accessories and then refused point blank to acknowledge their error. Tried to palm me off with a $4 refund.

I ordered 2 Christmas Fairy Statues, what was delivered, wasn't statues but figures you slide into a perspect stand, look up the definition of STATUE. Wouldn't have ordered had the description been accurate especially for the price paid,

I purchased 2 cross bags in less then a few weeks use the magnetic disc came off that holds the flap closed on 1 bag. I contacted customer service and sent pics of the defect. They replied "We're so sorry for this.
However, we can't confirm when and by whom the damage occurred, as more than 15 days have passed since the delivery of your package". After denying the $4 they offered they sent this " We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you.
In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high. Is it possible to increase the compensation to 8 in the default currency?

Since they would not replace the bag I felt like I had no choice but to accept the $8 and throw the bag out. Watch who you buy from I would not recommend ordering anything from them!
