There webpage should be taken down completely. Made a purchase and item still sits at processing. Contacted them numerous times by ticket and no reply at all, they are still active on site as their automated email mentions December to January working days, but will still ignore you. Twitter and Facebook accounts have not been active since March 2020.
If you have made a purchase GET a refund as soon as possible, don't bother them just go through citizens advice or chargeback.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Slickwraps sold me 2 wraps then never delivered, I chased them up only to be told it will take another 4 weeks, 10 weeks later and no responses and I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back, they waited until the last day of the PayPal case to resolve, pushing the refund out again. Absolute rubbish store that will not deliver or keep you informed. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THERE ARE FAR BETTER SELLERS OF WRAPS.
More than 6 months and still no delivery nor resolution
Seen so many complaints about Slickwraps from users not receiving their items and now I'm in the same boat. After more than 6 months of communicating with them and constant request submitted being closed as resolved even when tracking shows it's still in transit in Mexico, no real resolution from the team there.
Order was charged, then erased...?
I ordered on 1.7.21 and my oder was processing (and my card was charged) now fast forward to 1.15.21 and now it says I have no order? I've tried to contact them multiple times by email with ZERO response. How can company that charges you and doesn't respond (erases orders) or send any products not get shut down????
This company is a complete scam.
This company is a complete scam. I would sooner believe those fake IRS robotic phone calls than this company. I ordered a product on 12/8/20 for CHRISTMAS. It's 1/14/21 and still nothing has arrived. I asked for a refund and they denied me. No tracking number provided. Nothing ever shipped. Just an interest free loan and a nasty representative who claims "its too far along to refund". Lies and scams. Stay far away from this company.
Will I ever receive my order?
Ordered December 5th. Asked customer support for an update on December 12th and got a response on the 14th telling me that my order is in their packaging department and I'll be sent a tracking number once it's shipped. Everything sounded fine.
Fast forward January 1st, I send another email asking for an update. If it's not shipping within a few days to just cancel my order and give me a refund. This is on a different support ticket... but the same service agent responds (Dolores). BUT I get a response on January 12th. On their website, under heavy load from holiday shopping surge, stated "2-3 business day" response time. It's considerably past any holiday shopping. Exempting New Years day, it's been 7 business days... But I'm slightly relieved I got a response back until...
Dolores tells me the exact same thing she told me on December 14th. That it's in the packaging/shipping department and they can't cancel my order.
They have their cancellation/refund policy as within the HOUR. You have to cancel within an hour of ordering - and even worse you have to submit a support ticket manually in order to do so; with their FANTASTIC turn around time for customer attentiveness. Oh but a positive side! Dolores said "sorry for any inconvenience". No update on shipping. No update on if I'm even going to get it.
My order has been in the process of being "packaged" for 4 weeks now. It must be some good packaging...

"I ordered on December 5th and my order number is [-------]. There hasn't been an update, tracking number, etc. sent so I'm wondering if it's actually being processed. I understand it's near Christmas time and, with such a large sale going on, you all may be busy. Just want to make sure my order is being fulfilled eventually.

"I ordered on December 5th. Followed up with support once that ensured me it’d be shipping soon and I’d receive a tracking number but it being January 1st, there hasn’t been one. I checked the order status to which it still says “processing”. If it’s not shipping in the next few days, I’d wish a refund. It’s been almost a month and it’s irritating not knowing where my money went. Thank you."

I'm confused. Can't stop this "shipment". The order status page actually still says my order's being "processed" - nothing about if it's packaged, ready for shipping, or shipped. This company is ridiculous. They talk about customer satisfaction and attentiveness. They advertise "Shipping Options - First Class with Tracking". Can't even tell if they're lying since I've yet to get any insight on their shipping-to-delivery ETAs.
Just go with one of their competitors. I've ordered a mahogany skin for my work machine for $7 more than something similar from slickwraps. Except I ordered with dbrand on July 13th/14th (Ordered late so I assume it wasn't processed until the next day), shipped July 16th, and delivered July 20th. One week for dbrand.
slickwraps is at 5 weeks and counting! It's nothing new though. After my frustration, I looked at other people's experiences. I've seen people waiting for any update on their order from early November.
Bait and switch
Second order I’ve placed with Slickwraps. Both times, The item in question appears to be in stock online at the time of placing the order. Then, they will tell you that the item is delayed and ultimately stop responding completely, without refunding your money. Fraud.
Quality issues. Avoid.
I’ve been using Slickwraps since 2012. A great company it once was. Unlike others I did place an order and recently received it no issues. The problem is the quality of the product. Somewhere in the last 2-3 years the business had changed. I believe they were taken over by someone because the quality is awful. The wraps WILL leave residue on your phone, as my past 3 have. I gave them 3 chances, and it’s definitely confirmed it’s the wrap. Also the packaging is next to nothing these days. Before Slickwraps use to package all sorts to apply the wrap nicely. Now it’s nothing. Just the wrap and you’re left with nothing else. I will be finding another company now.
Completely unacceptable service.
I ordered items on the 3rd of December, money was taken but I’m only noticing now that I’m yet to receive confirmation of shipping. Scam artists. I should’ve learned from the last time this happened.

They lie about having products ready and keep telling you it is ready to ship - 6 weeks later I still have no shipping confirmation. Do not buy from this company, it is a scam.
Do not order if your outside the USA
I ordered a custom skin and the process was straight forward and easy. It took a while to be shipped and I was ok with this as, well, pandemic.
The item was shipped and lost in shipping after leaving the USA. I emailed customer services at slick wraps and got no real help at all. I contacted local customs and our local mail carrier all to no avail.
I strongly believe that this business cannot operate internationally if they are happy for their products to go missing and offer no support or compensation.
So, International customers beware. Avoid this company.

DO NOT BUY SLCIKWRAP!!! Checking around the internet, you'll see many complaints about how Slickwrap has recently been cheating people and not fulfilling orders. However, having bought from them in early 2019 and received my shipment, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, so decided to purchase from them again in mid Nov. It's now Dec. 9th, been 3 weeks since they took my payment but they still haven't shipped my item and have not replied to any of my emails.
Fail to deliver and worst customer service ever
My experience is unfortunately so similar to many I have read here. I made my order on September 16th, today is December and I still have not received it!!
Customer service is appalling. For weeks they said that I had to be patient. Now that I asked for a Refund, the answer was “We can only issue a refund if it comes back within the time frame indicated” ... well not having received it in the first place, it is hard to send it back!! Also, when they were asking to be patient, it is now clear that it was just to gain time in order to avoid paying a refund.
Long story short, Stay away from them, they will just take your money and not deliver.
