Awful
Awful. Their logistics clearly need help as they sent my driver all over town to run other errands while I waited 1.5 hours for a pizza that was from a pizzeria 10 min away. Food arrived late, cold and inedible, it was disgusting, the cheese had turned into a gross mass. Had the audacity to tell me I couldnt get a refund for food we couldn't eat.

The delivery of my pizza from New Hop Brook Pizza was unacceptable. The pizza arrived a complete mess with the cheese fallen to one side. If your delivery drivers don't care about their jobs, they should not be employed.

I placed an order with local restaurant and at the end of my transaction, I received a text message stating I could track my order. After multiple attempts, I couldn’t track my order. My order was placed at 1:50 pm. I got a notification that my order was scheduled to be delivered at a particular time then it was scheduled to be delivered at a later time. I called the customer service number I was given and the representative I spoke with was rude and continued to repeat the driver was going to deliver my order shortly even after I stated my order was already late!! I won’t ever use this app again or any restaurants that use this app.

What don't I love about this place? Everything we have tried so far has been AMAZING! The pizzas have amazing flavor, varity of toppings and signature oizzas. The staff is awesome. Ordering online through Slice is super easy and painless. This has become our go to for pizza!
