Sleepytroll has exceeded our expectations. The functionality is well thought out and easy to use, and it has been incredibly effective at helping our fussy baby settle and go back to sleep. What really stands out is the build quality; it feels solid, durable, and clearly designed to last, which is reassuring for a product used daily. Shipping was quick and the overall experience from order to use was seamless. A well-made, reliable product that truly delivers!!

They had really nice and helpful customer service when I wanted to purchase a unit. The sleepytroll hasn't necessarily been helping my four month old go to sleep, but I do think it's been helping him stay asleep over the past 10 or so days of use.

Good battery life!

This product really helped my baby sleep for longer stretches. With the Sleepytroll, he often sleeps up to 9 hours at night and it helps bridge him back to sleep when he stirs.

After I bought it, it worked tremendously but unfortunately it broke after about a month. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and quickly sent a replacement.

While it could be coincidence, we definitely noticed a difference while waiting for the new one: without it, my baby woke up multiple times during the night. I use it on our co-sleeper with the bouncer attachment.

Just bought my second one- Gen 2. Love this product. It’s a ‘can’t live without’ when having a baby.

Sleepy troll is very nice and my experience with it is amazing. Our daughter is sleeping so much better and even longer!

The Sleepytroll Baby Rocker Gen 2 has been an absolute game-changer for our family. From the moment we started using it, naps and bedtime became so much smoother. The motion sensor feature is incredibly smart—whenever our baby starts to stir, the rocker gently kicks in, helping soothe them back to sleep without us having to rush over.

I love how easy it is to attach to the stroller or bassinet, and the build quality feels solid and reliable. The battery life is impressive too; it lasts far longer than I expected, even with daily use.

We have three Sleepytroll Gen 2s -- one on the stroller, one for each of our twins. We started out just using it on the bouncers, but have since transitioned to cribs from a smart bassinet (and the boys are too big for bouncers) so we got the crib attachment and rocking feet and have been THRILLED with the crib performance.

I purchased two Sleepytroll Baby Rocker Gen 2 units (one via a UK retailer, one directly from Sleepytroll USA). Both arrived looking far from “new”: one with abrasions and actual dirt on the straps, the other with a broken product seal and scuffing on the buckle.

When I raised this, Sleepytroll’s response was dismissive — they claimed scratches are “normal from the molding process” on some of their units. and left it to the retailer to deal with. Meanwhile, all of their marketing shows flawless, polished products to support their “premium Scandinavian quality” branding. The reality is very different.

At this price point, I expected consistency and transparency. Instead, I received products that looked like factory seconds and customer service that minimized my concerns. Parents deserve better.

Stopped working and no support to repair or replace. Sleepytroll is pointing in the direction of the reseller, but the reseller is refusing to support as the receipt is not on my account as it was a present.

If it works it’s great although it needs constant charging.

I was really excited when I got the sleepy troll as a gift but sadly after only a couple weeks of use it stopped working. Customer service won't help unless because we don't have a receipt. The one star is because it dose sort of work but our experience is that it dosnt work for long as ours just stopped shaking or moving.

I still think the product is very good and it helps a lot. I'm impressed by it, but the biggest drawback is really the battery. If you set it to long-term, it only lasts 10 to 15 minutes at most. For that price, it could easily have lasted for half an hour to 40 minutes.

Sleepytroll is the absolut best rocker, functional for both bed, pram and rocking chair. I recommend this product, as I have been using it daily for nine months.

Especially love the sensor that reacts to sound. My son falls back asleep in no time, when it turns on during nighttime wake-ups.

sleepytroll must be the best invention for the little baby and the parents. And being able to use it for the bed, the pram and the babysitter is the best. A real savior when you have your hands full and the baby needs to sleep. And that the battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly. No wonder it's a test winner!!

My unit stopped working after getting fairly warm. I was concerned that it might be faulty so I disconnected the battery (I had to open it to do this, disconnect 1 wire, very simple & instructions for this are in the manual). I contacted the company & they proceeded to tell me that I was using it wrong. I voiced my concern about it being faulty, to which they immediately responded telling me that I voided the warranty by opening it & offered me a small discount on a new one.

I decided to open it up & do some electrical testing. It appears that one of the resisters burnt out & had a singe mark. That means that it *could* have caught fire.

So, the product wasn't safe & SleepyTroll doesn't care. Don't buy from them.

The product doesnt work, and when you try to return it they give you the run around. I returned it and they are refusing to give me my money back.

We’ve bought the thing when our baby was about 7 months old to try to get at least some hope for a nights sleep, so we initially bought the full pagackage with adapters for the crib.

In our experience, the product does what it promises - it is not a miracle machine that helps your baby sleep through the night, or two hour naps in a day, but it really is a helping hand in rocking the baby back to sleep between the cycles. In the nights when we would wake up 10 or more times, it would save 3-5 standing-ups, just by activation on motion or sound - so, after 7 months of using (and still in progress), I’d say - money well spent!

I’m a light sleeper and I though the vibration sound would annoy me, but, to my surprise, it’s quite okay.

It took us a while to set it up as we wanted - for two sleep deprived parents, I would say that the settings were a bit difficult.

The green light is very bright, so we always cover the machine in a blanket, but the sensors still work fine.

The machine is quite heavy, and that’s okay, but I don’t really like the fastening strap, as it’s difficult my strap with one hand (when, e.g. you have a sleeping child on your hands) and the clicking is also loud.

I read a lot of complaints about the battery life being short, but in my experience it’s good. Of course, if it has to work most of the night it wouldn’t last the whole night, but, on average, it worked fine till morning. Charges up also super fast.

Despite the minuses, I give it 5 stars as I don’t know a better product than this, and for all the times I praised this machine in the night when it rocked my baby back to sleep and I didn’t have to stand up!
