I ordered 2 donut dog beds, which arrived quickly and were great value for money , especially as I also received an oversized hoodie free of charge which i love! The dog beds and hoodie are so fluffy and soft, we love love love them!

Two years ago, I purchased an electric blanket for my friend. He was very happy with it.
Two years on and Sleepy People are only now asking me to review it!
It must be ok as I haven’t heard anything about it from my now ex friend!

Lavender pillows, absolutely awful. Never smelt the lavender again after putting the pillow case on then pillow. And in the three months I’ve had these pillows they are a lumpy uneven mess. Not worth the money. Worth £3 per pillow at most

I bought two designs of the Silent Night Christmas Fleece Duvet sets (Nordic Winter Tree & Winter Wonderland), both arrived super quick, where great value and super warm and snuggly quality. Perfect for the winter months. They wash really well and have been a huge hit! I found my purchases through Sleepy People really easy and great communication and would definitely buy through them again.

Bought the SilentNight calming donut bed for our Pekingese. Was the best money ever spent, he loves it. Quality is great and it washed well. We have to move it to whatever room we are in so that he has his bed with him, will be buying a second one soon.

Claim relief from strain pillow.No problem delivery,or purchase,used few nights no benefits yet,against use of any pillow!.

Bought a Silentnight heated throw which stopped working. Sleepy people said they would replace. I did have to chase them after I returned it so in all it took about 3 weeks for the replacement, it could have been faster but at least no arguing about the replacement.

My mother used the SleepyPeople website to buy me what we thought was a Silentnight mattress topper for my birthday, to replace an identical one that I’ve had for quite a few years now. After it arrived and was unpacked, I was shocked to find that not only was the cover damaged in two places, but the foam itself was very poor quality. It’s nothing like the ‘identical’ Silentnight Impress topper I already had, which was excellent quality and properly moulded to the body, etc. What SleepyPeople sent is just a slab of cheap, lightweight, low-density foam - and in a damaged cover too. When my mother complained to them and requested a return and refund, they fobbed her off multiple times, saying they’d consider replacing the cover (only) if she sent the whole topper back at her own expense. At the time of writing, SleepyPeople are still refusing to agree a refund for my mother, despite the topper not being fit for purpose, and damaged upon receipt in any case. Mum is still having to dispute the issue, and it even looks like she will have to take formal steps against SleepyPeople! We thought we were getting a known product from a trusted brand (Silentnight) at a jolly good price, from what seemed like a half-decent retailer - but sadly it seems we should have trusted the negative reviews here about SleepyPeople.

Ordered Xl fluffy dog bed came within a couple of days , it’s better than I ever expected so soft and thick it’s was given the approval by my dog and also my grandson who asked if he could have a sleepover on it as it’s so comfortable 🤣🤣

Only just started using sleepy people and been very impressed. Really good quality bedding at competitive prices. Quick, efficient delivery. Have already been back to order more ! Highly recommended.

This is a good product for evening out the surface of a mattress and making it more comfortable. Nicely finished and made of fine cloth.
