It all started with one genius idea: Keli, our founder, was tired of flimsy, ineffective sleep masks that didn’t block light or protect her lashes. So, she designed her own—a contoured, 100% blackout sleep mask that was comfy, chic, and, frankly, a game-changer. Turns out, she wasn’t alone. Millions of people around the world fell in love with SMUG’s original mask. From there, we didn’t stop—expanding into vibrant designs, wellness must-haves, and beauty essentials to help you sleep, relax, and look fabulous doing it. Today, SMUG offers a wide range of self-care and relaxation products designed to elevate your daily routine. Whether you’re unwinding with our soothing shower steamers, pampering yourself with a crystal glass nail file, or easing tension with a lavender-infused body wrap, we believe in making luxury self-care effortless. We also stock stylish shower caps to keep your hair dry in style, practical wash bags for beauty essentials on the go, and a growing collection of home, beauty, and fitness products. Every SMUG product is created with comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in mind, helping you feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the day. Now, SMUG is on a mission to make self-care simple, proving that a little pampering and a great night’s sleep can make life brighter. Ready to join the SMUG revolution?

I was gifted a smug eye mask for my birthday last year and I’m converted! It’s a contoured design that doesn’t touch my eyelashes, has an adjustable Velcro strap and a funky leopard print(now want the flamingo one)It blocks out the light in my bedroom and is so comfortable that I can actually get a lie-in at the weekend.Highly recommend!
I am so pleased with the sleep mask and lavender spray I ordered from this company. The mask blocks out all light and is comfortable to wear. I also love the print. The spray smells gorgeous on my pillow. Fast delivery too. I would recommend smug if you are looking for good quality products.
My daughter loves the stuff from here. Great ideas for birthday and Christmas gift sets.
I've placed an order on the 14th of June and no sign of the order. I've contacted customer service three times on separate occasions and no reply.
Not sure of the validity of this company. Either way, steer away from this company!
