I usually get bad headaches from having…

I usually get bad headaches from having to wear glasses for to long and while watching the screen to much in the evening. Since purchasing a pair of blue light blockers I noticed that I don't have such bad headaches anymore and that my sleep has improved, normally I wouldn'd fall asleep for ages because my headhurts, but since using the glasses it has gotten much better and I am able to wind down in the evening much easier and get to bet without any problems.

After purchasing the nose and mouth…

After purchasing the nose and mouth tape from sleepsmrt, I’ve experienced the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. I don’t wake up in the night and I wake up refreshed. The tape doesn’t leave residue when you take it off and it fits perfectly so it’s not suffocating. Would definitely recommend buying this to improve your sleep

The best blue light glasses I’ve ever…

The best blue light glasses I’ve ever tried! I wear them 2-3 hours before I go to bed when I’m watching tv/ on my phone and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I fall asleep much quicker and actually stay asleep all night which I used to struggle with. Highly recommend if your someone who struggles with your sleep :) The owner of this brand has really out done themselves!

Noticeable improvement in sleep

Ordered the ultimate sleep bundle as I have always struggled with restlessness when trying to get to sleep - after adding the blue light glasses and nasal strips I can honestly say my sleep has dramatically improved. Yet to try the mouth tape but I will start implementing that in soon! On a subscription now for nasal strips, great price👍🏼
