Excellent Service when ordering - looking forward to receiving the bed now.

Exactly what I ordered.

The reclining bed is great value for money. It works well and is easy to set up and operate. I am comfortable while watching tv and I sleep very well. I previously used a reclining cushion and it hurt my back. This bed solved that. The bed was delivered within days of ordering, within the timeframe promised.

Very disappointed. We ordered a bed for my disabled mother . And paid for assembly. The bed was delivered at 7.15 am really not very thoughtful when it was a disabled persons bed. The 2 gentlemen did not know how to assemble the bed which was damaged .
A conversation was had with customer services . Who promised to send a replacement head board and offer a discount . Neither have happened . We are still waiting a month later . I definitely would avoid this company .

This company has gone above and beyond to help with a new bed after having so much trouble with another company, the delivery men are lovely and very helpful they were quick with delivery . I would deffo recommend these guys, and price is very reasonable .

Great service from start to finish. Needed an electric bed for my poorly mum that was electric and this does absolutely everything i needed it too. Lovely finish fast delivery and so easy to put together. Cant recommend highly enough!

After some problems with delivery I contacted King beds and a very nice lady sorted it out quickly.
Dispatch form King beds was fast and efficient and I would certainly recommend.
