    Total Failure of service

    The mattress was lost before delivery and I was only told after I made repeated calls for information. I have complained and asked for some compensation. No response to that request so far.

    Mattress seems OK but delivery was the pits

    Sleepezee Dreamer mattress received 10 March 2026 is comfortable so far, but time will tell over the five year warranty period.
    The BAD NEWS was the incompetent delivery by Sleepezee's contractors, AIT Home Delivery. As detailed in my separate 1 star review of that firm, AIT has failed me at every stage since their two clowns came through my door, trailing mud over the carpets, knocking pictures off the wall and smashing them, hitting lights, marking the new mattress and throwing the discarded packing on the floor for me to clear up. When challenged, the clowns didn't apologise, barely even acknowledged my complaints, but simply said this was their first time at the job!
    There followed several exchanges with AIT, who simply replied initially that they had sub-let the delivery to others, but if I wished to make a claim I should comply with their ridiculous requirements, including submitting contemporaneous photo or video footage of the damage occurring! I pointed out that a task can be sub-let but responsibility cannot. There followed further faux legalese and aggressive gobbledegook, resulting in my recent ONE STAR Trustpilot review for AIT Home Delivery. Unsurprisingly, AIT's response to my Trustpilot review was more meaningless corporate gobbledegook.
    Similarly, Sleepezee cannot escape responsibility for inflicting such an incompetent and hostile subcontractor on me, and I suggest they own my complaint and pursue it with AIT Home Delivery. If they do so and respond directly to me favourably, I shall be glad to revise my review of Sleepezee.
    In any event, I recommend Sleepezee changes its delivery agent.

    Disappointing quality and little support when things go wrong

    I purchased a Sleepeezee Gel 2200 medium firm mattress in late July 2024 from an independent retailer for £899, expecting a mattress that would last at least 10 years. Unfortunately, by November 2025 the mattress had developed significant loss of support and a substantial softening of the top gel layer, resulting in a mattress which is no longer medium firm but soft. This is really not what I expected from a product at this price point and a change that has rendered the product extremely uncomfortable, frankly not as purchased. When I contacted Sleepeezee directly, they sent out an investigator who declared 'no manufacturing faults'. The family-run retailer's business has since retired and closed. This has left me with no route for support, despite the issue clearly relating to the product’s durability rather than misuse or wear and tear. I fully understand that warranties have terms, but a reputable manufacturer should stand behind the quality of its products — especially when the retailer is no longer trading and the customer has no other avenue for help. Sleepeezee declined to review the case further, even though the problem is not consistent with what a consumer should expect from a mattress of this specification and price, stating 'mattresses soften'. After less than 2 years? I bought a medium firm mattress and I now have a soft one, not what I bargained for. I would encourage anyone considering a purchase with Sleepeezee to be aware that you may be left without assistance if anything goes wrong. And do not touch Sleepeezee's gel mattresses with a barge pole!

    The mattress was just what I wanted…

    The mattress was just what I wanted and at a reasonable price for such good quality. It is also highly rated on WHICH
    However, Royal Mail never delivered on all the dates requested and confirmed by email. They continually arrived unannounced and when a final date was yet again agreed they arrived the day later with an extremely battered mattress vacuum packed in a torn and battered box. I just happened to be in. Sleepeezee were very considerate and have offered a collection and full refund. I cannot tell you the saga this has been.

    Good mattress

    Good mattress, the discount made it a great purchase. Delivery was straight forward, collection of the old mattress went without hitch, worth paying for the service.

    Mattress sagging after a year, don't buy Sleepezee

    Mattress sagging after a year, very uncomfortable to sleep on.
    Sleepeezee 10 year warranty is a joke, they don't respect it and only suggested for me to pay £42 for their inspector to check it.

    Super comfortable and great service

    I first 'met' the Hotel Supreme 1400 in a hotel. It was so comfortable that I took the bed apart to see what the mattress was. Now I have just bought my own, I'm delighted. Excellent service from Sleepeezee too: I was kept informed throughout the order/delivery process and the bed was delivered on time and without hassle, I've been sleeping very well so far. Thank you Sleepeezee.
