It was easy to order online with sleepdirect I bought a 16 cell battery for my Inogen one G5 at a great price on 2 liters of Oxygen it should last for 10 hours but I get almost 9 and half hours, it's better than than the 3.5 hours batteryit comes with.

I have always been pleased with SleepDirect for my CPAP needs. I can get CPAP supplies through my medical provider that are covered by my insurance, but the company is a pain to deal with. With SleepDirect, I can order supplies and equipment without all the hassles and their prices are fair.

Excellent Customer Supports on SoClean2
I purchased my SoClean2 from SleepDirect. I have couple questions on SoClean2 and I have email customer support on SleepDirect for additional information. Within hour, I received the reply with the questions I needed which is other than the additional adapter, I do not need anything. The filter is comes with the SoClean2. It has been a very wonderful experience with SleepDirect.
I will continue order my CPAP supplies such as filters and mask.

Shipped very quick
Shipped very quick - but UPS dropped the ball - they lost the package for 3 or 4 days. I called Sleep Direct and they informed me that if I didn't receive the so clean machine in three business days that they would send me a new one. I was really pleased with their response.
