The Sleepal device was easy to setup in the app. I have really appreciated the insights the app has given me in my first month using it. It told me that my room was too noisy while sleeping so I turned down the sound machine and air filter in my room. This has helped improve the quality of my sleep. I also like the detailed analysis of my sleep cycles and sleep position. Overall the device is great and the sleep analysis exceeded my expectations!

Sleepal can effectively help monitor breathing conditions during sleep at night and is very helpful for my sleep monitoring.

Using Sleepal has been a game changing experience for me. I began tracking sleep due to tiredness and snoring that drove my wife out of the room. I first used my Applewatch to track sleep data but it was uncomfortable and woke me up due to discomfort. I now only use my watch during the day. I then tried the Oura ring for all around health data and it was better than the watch however I still had to deal with jewelry on and didn't care for the feel of that but it was better. I have been using the SnoreLab app to monitor my snoring and it works but must be started each night and I must charge the phone while using. The data is helpful.

Now comes Sleepal and it effectively removes all jewelry from my body, begins sleep monitoring automatically, gives me essentially the same feedback info from the watch, ring, and snoring app all without touching my body. The data it provides seems very accurate and in line with the other devices I've used. So each day I have become more confident in its reports. The developers have been incredibly responsive through WhatsApp and have fine tuned the algorithm based on some feedback I have provided. The Sleepal does what it claims to do and more.

Works perfectly to replace my apple watch for sleep tracking. It does everything that apple watch provides. I can finally charge my Apple Watch overnight and have a much more comfortable nights w/o wearing my watch

I tried several sleep tracking methods but I was never a fan of them, especially ones which had to be worn. This one really changed the game for me, and i love how accurately I can see my data.

I really like how convenient the Sleepal device is for tracking sleep quality. Unlike a smartwatch or other wearable device, I don’t have to remember to put it on before bed or wear something uncomfortable throughout the night.

There’s also no need to worry about charging it every day. Once it is set up, it works automatically in the background and tracks my sleep without requiring any extra effort from me.

For anyone who wants to monitor their sleep quality but doesn’t like wearing a watch while sleeping, this is a very convenient and hassle-free solution. I especially appreciate that I can simply go to bed as usual and let the device do its job automatically.

I bought Sleepal through its Kickstarter launch, and I think it is the best Kickstarter campaign I have participated in.

The product itself is amazing. It can monitor important health information, such as breathing rate and heart rate, wirelessly while you sleep – and it just works!

I had never really focused on the quality of my sleep before, but I now find the sleep reports produced each morning very interesting to analyse, and the AI features provide additional useful insights.

I am currently trying to reduce the amount of time I spend snoring and improve the overall quality of my sleep, and I think Sleepal will definitely help me to do that.

The customer service from Sleepal has also always been very good. Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the product and my experience of the Kickstarter campaign.

Found this on kickstarter and looked pretty good to get sleep analysis since i sleep pretty bad.
Received the package and the packaging was premium and a joy to unbox.
Setup was easy and clear instructions using an interactive video.
It is a sleep sensor and nightlight in one.
You can also get some white noise or other sounds to get you to fall asleep.
Waiting for the sleep stories to launch though :-)
Joined the whatsapp community and they help you pretty fast if you have questions.
All in all a great product with an excellent community.

The product deliver exactly what it promised
Great Sleep track (Sleep and Wake times, stages and awakenings and snoring during night)
Detects if i side sleep or supine sleep and breathing disturbances and provide some insights and advices to imrpove it
Always detect HR, HRV, Breathing as good as my Oura and 8sleep which i consider the ones that did better for me from all the ones i tried

Finally the company responds pretty quickly and fix any issues that i found which is exactly what you want from a company this days and funny thing is it called .ai and yet it feels the company who have almost zero customer support over AI unlike all the big companies these days and i communicate with a real person every time i contact them over email or Whatsapp
