I had to contact customer service as my parcel didn't arrive due to a fault in the system. I was really worried I wouldn't receive my 21st birthday dress in time. Casey was extremely helpful! She reassured me and made sure my item was dispatched quickly via an upgraded postal service. She also followed up after, to check I've received everything okay. With no doubt, I will order from here again. Thank you so much Casey😘

I shop at sleek one from the very beginning and I’d like to say the stuff I get is always good quality and at a very good price. My friends always ask me where do I get my clothes from because these items are not common and I love that because this makes me stand out from the crowd. Customer service is great too, the deliveries are very accommodating I always get my stuff in time for my holidays etc.

The dress is beautiful! I'd received so many compliments. I ordered two different sizes just in case and made a return to send one back. I was intially sceptical on the returns process being my first time ordering from here. Customer service were very helpful on assisting me and I received my refund in 7 days! Everything perfect, will be ordering again soon.

I returned a dress 2 months ago... received an email confirming my return had been received and that a refund had been issued to me. I have still not received the refund and I have sent half a dozen emails chasing up my money which I have not received.
DO NOT purchase from this website, the clothes are cheaply made and over priced and the customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

I ordered a play suit on the 17th of December and it’s now 14th of January and I sent them numerous emails and got no reply the playsuit costed €40 won’t be buying from this site again

I wrote a review before and it was 5 stars but since then I have changed my mind, i ordered a beautiful dress and needed it next day and they was very good at delivering it and was so helpful I was very impressed, and the dress came and was beautiful but I was gutted when the dress didn’t fit me, but no invoice came with the order so I don’t know where to send it back too and how they would know it was me who sent it back, I emailed them and no one got back to me, so I messaged again and now they are telling me it is too late for a refund, but it wasn’t my fault, so I’m stuck with a expensive dress that didn’t fit me!
