Not responding my text and not delivered the product. Please give my money back ****

I've ordered a cover from this website, expected delivery was around 7 days but it took 12 days. I was clueless in these 12 days if i got scammed or what because they don't have any customer service for this. They do not have any page on their website that takes you to your ordered product. I tried every possible way to reach them out but nobody responded. I am editing my review wondering if they’re trying to do it better. Now, it’s been 8 months and i got the message to check on my negative review because they DELIVERED the order. Huh!

Friend placed an order at 11pm day1.
I realised it's not a proper silicon case and just a low quality transparent case printed with some design which might not be of the quality we expected.
We decided to cancel the order.
Friend tried reaching out to them 10 am day 2. I tried reaching out to them from 11am till god knows when. More than 20 calls. Multiple messages. Not 1 answered.
I get a response on whatsapp, day 2 3:30pm. They will check and if order is processed, can't be cancelled. 0 accountability.
Eventually they came back saying order is processed, can't be cancelled on Day 3 8 am. The lady on the other end just decided to rip me off and failed to provide any proofs that the order was actually processed before I reached out to them, and blatantly denied cancelling the order or refunding despite the fact that even at the time of me writing the review, the order has not been shipped.
It's a total ripoff of your hard earned money and a 0 star for customer service.

Will never recommend buying from these cheaters.

My money is most likely gone and they are gonna forcibly ship my order but just putting this review out here in case anyone decides to fact check before placing an order with them.

Another scam website. This website is linked to another website by the name slimifycases.com. The person(s) behind this is a big stiff moron who scams people to make a living for himself. BE AWARE!
