The cover I ordered for my couch was…

The cover I ordered for my couch was pretty and I really liked it but as far as repelling hair, it doesn’t do a very good job. Plus after two days on the couch it’s covered with snags. so it’s not really very pet friendly. It’s snagged up all over. The hair is not that bad but the snags are awful.
Don’t buy it! You’ll be sorry!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Ordered an item on 11-27. It was finally shipped, and then returned back to them due to the item being too large?!? I asked for a refund. They said that they would reship with a different carrier, so I agreed, since I really wanted my macrame hanging. I waited, and asked if it had been reshipped yet. No response. I demanded a refund, since I never received my order. No response. I guess I’m out 71.00 and my wall hanging.
Live and learn.

After submitting this review, I did receive a full refund and apology from the company, which I do very much appreciate.

I love the products that are well-made, very stylish, durable, and cost-efficient. The shipping timeframe could use some improvements but I can see myself buying more of your pet and human-friendly products. This is my second purchase already!

Think twiceAbout the sofa covering

About the sofa covering. I did have to wait at least 3 weeks, but finally arrived. The photo on line looked beautiful and of good quality. The actual sofa cover is really just a flat sheet with a computer image transposed. The sheet is 100% polyester and hemmed. It is not worth $90.

I would search elsewhere next time for better quality and definitely less money.

I have now ordered 5 sets of sheets and…

I have now ordered 5 sets of sheets and 3 duvets. All have shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Sent two sets to my sister for her birthday. She always gets those very high priced sheets ($600+ a set). And now she said she is getting rid of those and only getting these from now on. Not only are they easy to shake off the pet fur they feel and look luxurious. I two will only buy these sheets in the future as gifts and uses. I do hope they hold up. I think they will. I did stain one set with my feet slathered in vaseline jelly and socks and it seeped through the socks😢. Might have to wash in a higher than recommended temperature and degreaser. But that’s my fault.

Slashop is protecting our new sofa perfectly

We purchased a brand new sofa that is mainly cream in color and we were so worried about how to keep it clean and that brought us to slashop to look at their sofa covers. We are so thrilled and glad that we made the choice. The fabric is so soft and is protecting our new sofa very well. Definitely worth the purchase and will order again in the future. It is not fitted like so many sofa covers and that is exactly what we wanted. We wanted a loose and carefree cover that can be taken off and washed when needed.

Never received items

I ordered a couch cover over 3 weeks ago. I received an email saying order was placed with an order #. But no email saying it has shipped.
I have emailed the company at least 4 times with no response.
Do not order anything from slashop. It’s a scam.

Make sure you read the fine print!

So when I placed an order online, I received an order confirmation with zero information. There was a picture of the product I ordered but no order #, no item ID, nothing. Obviously a ploy to get you to download their app. Apparently you can't get any info on your own unless you download their app & I have no desire to download their app.

Second, this is not a US based company. These products come from possibly China, India, who knows b/c that info is not on their website.

Third, you can expect delivery to take at least two weeks. You can get the same products at the same price from Amazon, why go through all this extra time, expense & frustration????

Best Bedding EVER!

I purchased the entire bed set with sheets, duvet, cover and extra pillow cases. The sheets and duvet arrived in a few days. The duvet cover and extra cases took 2-3 weeks to deliver. All was beautifully packaged. I LOVE this bedding set! We have a minimalist aesthetic and it looks so comfy and clean. I was afraid the bamboo would be slippery like satin bedding, but it is not at all! We never lose our covers in the night. We have two 90lb shedding dogs that sleep with us. The trick is to use the top sheet over the duvet and cover and pillows during the day to protect the under layers from dog hair and dirt. The flat sheet looks just like the duvet! We just shake it off regularly and wash weekly. Sooo much less hair in the bed! The hair does shake off well. There still is hair and dirt, but it is much more manageable. The duvet is a perfect medium-light weight and fluffiness and warm. We live in WI where it gets below zero at night. We may need to add an electric blanket as we’ve only tested in 30 degree nights so far. The only negative is this bedding wrinkles very easily if cools in the dryer. I pull out the sheet and immediately lay it out and it settles nicely. It’s a race to make the pillows not wrinkled, though!

Love the quality!

First of all, I am not fake and I am a real customer. I love the quality of my duvet and pillow cases.
The issue I had was shipping. When my order arrived, which took forever because it comes from China, it had a deep slash that cut through the duvet. I assume customs must have cut it open with a knife. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied and sent me a replacement. I was completely satisfied with how they handled this situation and appreciate their eagerness to satisfy me. However, the replacement took awhile to arrive, again, because it ships from China.

Beautiful but not pet hair repelling

The sheet set and duvet comforter are gorgeous. But they definitely do not repel hair as advertised, the hair sticks on the comforter and sheets just as bad as any normal set. So take that into consideration when paying. The value is for the look and feel not really the actual effectiveness of repealing pet hair. The fabric is slick and cooling though and very pretty color. I hope it lasts me a while in terms of quality upkeep.

Scam company - they have been proven to buy positive reviews! HUGE SCAM! BUYER BEWARE

This company pays for all the fake positive reviews you see on here, their site, and on google . The quality for these products are subpar. The company is a joke. It took about 7.5 business days to process my order. And then when they finally shipped it out , one of my packages got lost in transit and I only received one package. And this one package was wrong, and not what I ordered. This store doesn’t have a customer support number and you have to email them for any concerns. It took them two days to respond to my email where I addressed the missing package and the wrong order and I requested a return for the items that did arrive (3 weeks later). They emailed back saying to wait until the package arrives (when it was clearly lost - as it had not moved from the location it was sitting at for a week straight) and they said I had to contact ups to deal with. They didn’t offer any resolution or take any accountability. This company is a joke. I spent over $300 dollars and these dipshits are not compliant in finding any missing mail and have refused to refund me. Avoid at all cost! I Am disputing this $315 charge with my bank cause these loser scammers are unwilling to do anything. AVOID AT ALL COST! I highly recommend Chewy.com, they process and ship out fast, you will get your order within a week. I have not received the right package and these idiot loser scammers are literally holding onto my $315 dollars. It’s been one month and I needed to dispute this charge with my bank. If your order from here , you will most likely get your order 3 weeks from now incorrectly, and don’t expect any help from these fools. They don’t even have a customer support number. They are legit certified scammers. Go to CHEWY.com for your legit needs.
