Do not purchase from this website. It will take them weeks to send you your product and it will be a fake. DO NOT BUY FROM SLAMHOOP YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They are operating on Facebook as slam look.. they've just treated in the hoop for look and Facebook freely advertises their scammer company unbelievable... Via templates on the website exactly the same as slam look.com it's almost like they've cloned it ffs

Fraudsters. Goods don't arrive. From China, uses a Scottish name to sound legit, but bonafide scam company. Emails just say that the product is on its way, but they are scammers.
Goods haven't arrived after 6 weeks.

I did order 5612 online on May,3 /2021 until today Jun,19 no update every time I email them I receive respond email my order on the way please stay away from this website

About to take them to small claims court for item they won't refund. Stay away from these guys. Zero customer service

Stay clear of this site. The goods will take months to arrive. They are not genuine adidas gear. They will not provide a return address for items that do not fit. They don't stand by their 30 day money back promise. Honestly a nightmare company to deal with.

I didnot wanna gave any star to these crooks. I ordered my product 4 weeks before and i have not receive yet . I would like to recommend everyone please donot try to buy anything from this Thugs .

I ordered a pair of boots, paid for them and that is it.

No further updates so l guess l have been scammed again. All emails come back as the address doesn't exist.

I have received my order from Slamhoop and I have received 2 fake Adidas jackets.... Do not buy anything from this company.

purchased a top from advertisement on facebook. no correspondence from them. item arrived approximately 3 weeks(no issue with that) but is clearly fake. one of the adidas logos is back to front and sleeves are different.1 sleeve has adidas 2 times. the other sleeve has no adidas.not only are they fake,they are terrible fakes.

Never received my item!!!! Complete scam!

I ordred boots from them in January 28, still havent received them,.. emails come back undelivered. When i asked in the past where these boots are they say they are on their way. Its april 3, still nothing..this is a scam and they need to be called out.

Place order February 2, still nothing. Their customer service email address comes back undeliverable. Received email confirming order and that an update will be sent when shipped nothing since. Complete ripoff should have listened to the reviews. Can't use PayPal to protect purchases either.

This company is selling fake adidas goods. Zero tags present and adidas logo has been printed wrong. Over a months wait for the item too and then the customer service is one man who is incompetent and will.trt and blame you or get you to return the goods to an address in China and yes YOU have to foot the bill. Avoid like the plague!! Not a genuine company. Scammers. I have started a complaint with trading standards here in the UK and sent photos, videos of the unboxing to show no tags present and the garment to adidas and I urge you all to do the same. Let's get this con shut down

I ordered a pair of boots Feb 19th. All I've received is that my order was accepted. Can't get in touch with them to let me know when they may be shipped or received even though they are paid for. I hate to think they need money so bad they have to take it from other people. Email address is no good. So if anyone know how to get in touch with them please let me know. Thanks

Now over a month waiting on items ordered even though i paid for faster delivery.i have been lied to twice about where the package is and have been given false tracking numbers stating the items are in my country when they have not even left.terrible customer service.avoid
