Very user friendly, used many times and almost always gave the best prices. We will usually compare Skyscanner prices with 1 or 2 other portals like trip, kiwi and kayak and still end up with Skyscan... See more

Booking flight for Multicity Tickets. It helps to find flights availability…
Skyscanner helps user a lot easier and faster to get a quote to save time.
There are only 3 agents, My trip, FlightNetwork and Expedia
I have booked 2 multi city airtickets but make a mistake in Trip 4, should be June but somehow it ended up July 2025. I was charged 59 for each travellers. Total I have to pay 118 for this booking. It should charged per order number or a cap of minimum 4 travellers free and not per travellers in the whole booking. What happened if I booked for 8 travellers multicity airtickets then I have to cancel and pay 59 dollars per traveller. I have called them and explain that this a China trip and how can Singaporeans travelled more than 30 days without visa. Trip 1 Travel date 5 Jun 2025 and Trip 4 is 18 July 2025. The system should prompt user that a visa is required, do you want to proceed. This is a careless human error but if there is prompt, user will notice wrong month is being booked.
The charges for my case should be waived as I noticed the mistake immediate and is less than an hour.
I prefer to book via My Trip as the attention and service is efficient and the layout is much easier to see.
Expedia is slightly more expensive.

To ensure you check the offical airline website before booking with skyscaaner
I booked flights to Hanoi — Scoot for the outbound trip and Singapore Airlines for the return. To my horror, I was informed the next day that the return flight was fully booked. As I had back-to-back meetings, I missed a call from the agent, which came from an unfamiliar international number. Naturally, I assumed it was a scam call. I also had no time to check my personal email during the day. The least they could have done was to WhatsApp or text me to highlight the urgency of the situation — but there was no follow-up.
I only managed to respond around 5 PM Singapore time, by which point I was told that, due to no response, they had cancelled my return booking. I was then forced to scramble for a last-minute alternative, booking a budget airline flight with multiple stopovers, resulting in a total travel time of over 7 hours back to Singapore.
My main concern is this: if the return flight was already fully booked according to the official airline website, why wasn't the system able to capture that at the point of booking?
