Terrible service, Ordered from amazon a month prior and they told me my package was missing the day before christmas after being told It was here. Embarrassing, If you get this carrier do not trust it!!

I don't understand how Amazon choose this crap to manage deliveries abroad.
I ordered from Amazon while in Peru. It was supposed to arrive on July 8 2025. Today July 9, tracking said latest update now July 13. I checked tracking and it said it arrived on July 3 in Lima with no other info. I searched for contact info on this company and sent an email to Miami written in English. The woman with an Irish first name responded in Spanish. Obviously she new my name was Steve but refused to use English when communicating. She informed that it was held up in customs since July 3 and that they needed a copy of my passport. I sent the passport photo immediately and told me it would be at least another 4 days. This company had no plans on telling me about the problem until/unless I contacted them. The are the courier company that handles Peru for Amazon. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON IF IT IS GOING TO PERU. Skypostal will not inform you of any problems. I suspect that it was not a customs problem at all because one box arrived and the other did not. My box is most likely wrapped in birthday wrapping paper in the house of some employee. We will see. I will update this review after my shipment gets permanently lost. This review is going directly to amazon and YouTube. Amazon clearly needs to terminate Skypostal.
Update July 11. Amazon said they will refund me tomorrow. Great. Amazon can eat $500. That will piss amazon off enough to terminate Skypostal. Heads will roll.
