Unfortunately, I had a book delivered and despite there being about a million options to leave the package under cover they delivered the package and left it in the rain destroying the book.

I ordered a shipment on the 4th of June, fast delivery 48hours. I paid more as I urgently needed the item delivered to me, for work reasons.
It supposed to get picked up on the 5th but no one came.
They then came on the following day, after I called them.

The package reached Milan, from Brescia around 50km away, on the 11th, after 5 days.

It then got shipped to Barcelona, the last destination.

Today, 13th of June - 8 days after, I still did not receive my delivery.

I will never use this service again.

Great service of Skynet but disappointed about the service of their partner PosteItalia

When it comes to sending parcels across the country and abroad, I use this platform. Actually because of convenience of inserting required information about the parcel, departure city, destination country and anything else.
It takes like lol... 5 minutes or even less depending on what you are sending. So in this regard I should express my gratitude to these guys for setting up such a service.
Sometimes there are delays with delivery but they are miniscule, so they aren't really tense for me and for the recipient.

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve been trying to call and text them for more than a week, not a single answer (lately calling like 20 times per day). They only provided the national tracking number and never provided the international one (sending from southern Italy to northern Finland). My parcel left Milan a week ago and we have no news since then.

I cannot discourage this service enough. I had to send a package from Nepal: initially, it seemed like everything was going quickly until reality turned into a tragedy of inefficiency and lies once my shipment landed in the hands of Skynet Worldwide Express Italy.

The tracking on the website has become a sad game of expectation: the last time it was updated was over a month ago. This is not just an unreliable delivery service but an outrage against transparency and customer trust. How can they promise delivery times if their tracking system is so poor?

Regarding customer support, the situation is disastrous. I sent numerous emails hoping to get at least some information, but the responses were scarce and full of false information. It is clear that customer service has embraced silence and deceit as its modus operandi.

But let's move on to the epitome of frustration: phone support. The provided number is a tasteless joke. "No operators available" is the soundtrack of my days, regardless of the time I call. Who do they think they're fooling? It's evident they have neither the staff nor the intention to help customers, turning the support number into a pathetic farce.

Not only is my package in a limbo of non-delivery, but I have been treated with total disdain by customer service. The lack of responses, misleading information, and a generalized attitude of indifference have turned this experience into a genuine nightmare.

I wouldn't recommend Skynet Worldwide Express Italy even to my worst enemy, and I have warned people I know to stay away. Anyone relying on this service does so at their own risk. Not only do packages seem to vanish into thin air, but also any hopes of receiving assistance or accurate information are swept away by a total wind of negligence. Avoid them absolutely, unless you want to live through a saga of disappointments and false promises.

Last year the deliveries did not work at all. Then it took 4-5 days before we got the package home. But now I am very satisfied. It takes 2 days from the north to the south of Italy.
