They destroyed my cuticles, broke skin and I was bleeding on 4 of my fingers.
I wanted Géle, didn’t even get the choice and they made them acrylic. Never had it before and never will again

Bad service and ripped off.
I booked a French nail polish manicure with hand massage. I got the worst manicure I ever had.
First, they said they couldn't /wouldn't do French, then the woman filed my nails unevenly and gave me a "look" when I pointed it out, she used only a coarse emery board so my nails were left rough as well as uneven, then she nicked my finger and make it bleed doing cuticle work, there was no sign of the massage until after she'd put on the varnish when she pumped oil onto her palm and wiped it onto the back of my hand (I couldn't believe this was the hand massage until I got the bill - 100kr added for the massage and 100kr added for some get on one nail to seal a split). A rip off.
The varnish was smudged on one nail even before I left the salon and didn't dry fully for hours so my nails never looked good - uneven, ragged, and smudged.

Good nail designs, lovely and polite workers

I had a manicure yesterday and today a pedicure and a massage. I’m very pleased with all services and this will be my new beauty salon. Have tried other two manicure nearby but was disappointed . The vietnames massage was something new for me and I’d like it so next week i will take an other one.

Will never go back here. I booked for a acrylic extensions for 550 kr and showed the nail tech what i wanted (which was a very basic french tip with chrome and normal nail polish) She then proceeds to give me the thickest nails, destroyed my cuticles and it took her 2 and a half hours. After finishing she wanted me to pay 750 dkk and i didn't understand why. She also wanted me to leave a good review infront of her which is extremely weird and uncommon.
