I wish I could give 0 star

I wish I could give 0 star. Absolutely nuts what this group does. Not a single real person work there. Whatever I want, always just the useless robot chat available. That’s the worse in the uk! I never have signal, always issues with the devices and there is literally no customer service! The phone numbers on the site are bs. They doesn’t work at all. The robot chat just absolutely time wasting.

Horrible service and refund

These people took my money for an up front payment for a phone that was advertised as “no upfront charge”
After which they cancelled my order after taking my money
Then they didn’t refund me for over 14 days
And their customer support is always busy I finally reached them for me to be told my refund was never initiated

Sky make it impossible to switch

Sky mobile make it impossible to obtain a PAC number and switch to another provider in spite of their legal obligation to do this within 2 days. Nobody in the organisation takes ownership of the problems affecting the failed process and we spent 10 days and countless hours talking with more than a dozen different people. Resolution ownership only improved by invoking a complaint with Ofcom.

First time I’ve had issues with this…

First time I’ve had issues with this company. Won’t be getting anything after iPad ends. Then just wait for phone contract to end. Never send letters via post. Unable to read documents on phone. You press doesn’t work. High on kb it says. When they can’t send stuff via post. Phoned up today. She was foreign. Useless. I haven’t got it sorted. Kept going silent on phone leaving me ages. I gave up. So not sorted with what I need

Avoid Sky Mobile at all costs!

If you’re thinking of getting a phone through Sky Mobile — don’t. My Pixel 9 Pro XL has a known screen defect, and for months Sky have refused to help. They keep fobbing me off to Google (who are impossible to contact for UK hardware issues), and they’ve flat-out refused to even inspect the phone themselves.

Customer service is below terrible. Unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for the products they sell. I’ve wasted hours trying to get support with zero progress.

To make things worse, Sky Mobile aren’t part of the Communications Ombudsman scheme, so if they fail you, there’s no easy independent body to step in. You’re just stuck.

I regret ever moving to Sky Mobile. Unreliable service, no accountability, and no customer care. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dealing with sky for last 4 weeks about…

Dealing with sky for last 4 weeks about mobile phone that was not delivered. They put credit agreement on my account and when ever I call to have removed after an hour on the phone I am promised it will be removed then nothing happens again and again. Do not mistake this Sky as a good company do not use they will scam you

If I could give this minus 100 stars it wouldn't be enough.
Call centres who don't ring you back.5 weeks of trying to sort a problem ended up going to offcom.

Quite frankly the worse company in the…

Quite frankly the worse company in the uk, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
Call centre is somewhere in the middle of Africa. Cannot understand anyone on the phone, lied to repeatedly about the status of a lost handset, never received by DPD. Still awaiting results of a complaint I put in ages ago. Awful. Avoid at all costs

30% Discount scam

I've received numerous calls from Indian scammers claiming to work for sky mobile trying to get my financial details

They use a spoofing number which is someone else's number. If you ring it back you will get a stranger unaware their numbers been used

I've had to change/cancel my number numerous times as it was non stop.

My hunch was it happens when you use the sky mobile team customer service which is also a call centre in India.

I've had a spare sim for a year that no one has the number. I've had no dodgy calls. I ring the sky mobile team in India and 5 days later I'm getting the scam call from a mobile with an Indian accent.

I think the sky mobile team based in India are passing customer details to these scammers. Sky should do something about it but I don't think they will.

Last note the sky mobile team based in India have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Zero listening skills. 2 years ago I made over 100 calls waisting numerous hours of my time on a query that should have took a minute.

The sky access team although not mobile trained have dealt with the same query in minutes.

Sky should take some responsibility for letting the scammers access to our details.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. I have an open complaint and have been told there isn't a complaints department. Then told there is a complaints department but they don't take calls. Then that I cannot get a call back for 3 to 5 business days. Amazing, if it took me 3 to 5 business days to pay the bill, they'd be in touch fast enough. Terrible service and outsourced to India. Worst mobile provider in the UK. RUBBISH.

No internet signal

Internet signal is appalling and it is impossible to reach a resolution via their call centre.

Sky customer service is great when they are selling you something... not so great when handling or resolving complaints.

Since the day we switched to Sky mobile, myself, my partner and our daughter have experienced little to no internet signal when not connected to WiFi.
Sky are not delivering the service I am paying for, and sadly refuse to let me out of my contract, leaving me wondering what my next steps are.

I wish I could write this with no star rating, the whole experience shambolic! Information provided incorrect, communications poor . I wish I had chosen another mobile phone provider... Recommend you avoid choosing Sky for Mobile services.

So poor I found my wife in tears!

This morning I came out of the bathroom and found my wife in tears due to her experience with Sky Mobile. She has spent days on the phone to many different people, NONE of whom take accountability and just look to pass the problem to someone else! Managers never call back when they say they will and I wouldn't trust the company as far as I could throw an elephant! If anyone from Sky is reading this - Get someone to call my wife who can actually solve her issues as hiding behind each other is pathetic!! There's a second issue having returned a second phone, but the below is the main one and in her own words ...

• Agreed to upgrade on 31st August and received new phone iphone 16 (pink) and was told the trade in for my old phone was £300 which would clear the balance outstanding.
• Returned iphone 14 on 5th Sept 25 and received by Sky on 8th Sept 25 Royal Mail tracking number OV011980255GB
• Advised that you would only offer me £150 as apparently there was a hardware issue which I didn’t agree with as the phone had been working perfectly fine for me.
• Rejected the swap on 12th Sept 25
• Advised on 16th Sept 25 by Monika in Customer loyalty that the phone would be with me within 72 hours. It didn’t arrive.
• Spoke to Mandy – Floor Supervisor on 17th Sept 25 again told it would be with me in 72 hours. It didn’t arrive.
• Called again 20th Sept 25 and spoke to Masood in mobile technical department and he escalated this call ref4136256783 and told me the phone would be with me in 72 hours. It didn’t arrive
• Called 23rd Sept 25 and spoke to several people, and spent 2 hours on the phone, including Nathan in VIP Loyalty and Pern in Swap team and no one is able to confirm what is happening with this.

It is now 2 weeks since you received my phone which you keep telling me will be returned but it never is. I need to return the iphone 16 so I am then going to be without a phone until mine arrives, if it ever does.

Every time I call it is a minimum of one hour spent on the phone sometimes up to two, as I ask to be put through to the swap team and normally you end up transferring me to Customer loyalty and I have to explain the whole story again and then they put me on hold and then I get transferred as they don’t want to deal with it and normally end up speaking to at least 5 people each call. It is the most frustrating process I have ever experienced.

I am being billed for two phones that I am not going to be using either of them. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and no one seems capable of doing their job or solving a problem. I will NEVER use Sky again as soon as my families phones are out of contract we will all be going elsewhere and also moving all of our TV package away and broadband from Sky.

Back to me again (Mike the husband) - My wife has to send her phone back or be billed but you haven't sent her phone back to yet where she rejected the swap! I may be a cynic, but I think you do this on purpose to force people to accept lower prices for their swapped phone ... Oh and if one does come back, she will know if it's hers as there's a tiny scratch, but you don't know where ... I suggest you agree to the £300 for hers, as sure as eggs is eggs you haven't a clue where her phone is now!!

Not fit sell anything a pass off…

Not fit sell anything a pass off between Indians whose right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. My complaint is being taken further fortunately I actually recorded the woman apologise for the amount of credit checks an employee took out ha d effected my credit check after the first phone had just been sent to me.
