I had a problem starting my program, but after contacting them, I was helped very quickly and professionally by Taras and then by Ulina. Both were doing a good job and provided a clear solution... thanks to both individuals for that.

Its an amazing software, easy to use and very friendly. As a middle advanced hobbist, its perfect to edit quickly photos.
The customer service is excellent. Sometimes it´s slightly slow but they always answer and they keep helping until the issue is solved.

I had a problem updating my account after my email provider went out of business. I tried to update my account but wasn’t able to access it. I wasn’t clear in my message to the support team, but they patiently held with me until I was able to explain it clearly. Good product, good service.

I had an issue with the program not opening on a PC. Through a couple of emails with the support staff, the issue was resolved quickly. Their support was very articulate and included reference links where I could get more information and source the correct drivers I needed to fix the problem. Very helpful!

The transfer of LuminarNeo from an old Laptop to a new one caused some trouble. With the help of the service guys from Skylum it went positive. Thank you very much guys! I am not a computer specialist, but the step by step help guided me through the procedures. Sorry for my Denglish...:-)

The answer was Fast, efficient and correct. I just had to follow the instructions that were very clear, and my problem was solved. The customer service is excellent, kind and empathic.

I was delighted to see that an update for Luminar Neo with lots of exciting and useful features was available.Unfortunately I could not download the data to my iMac. Made contact with Skylum Services and Sofi gave technical advice. It was still not working.
Back to Sofi and further recommendations which did not solve the problem.I asked whether I should delete the original programme and Sofi sent full instructions and free software designed for this situation.
It worked and I now have the latest software and am beginning to learn the creative possibilities.
At all times Sofi was patient and caring and has great knowledge of the mysteries of the combination of Skylum and Apple software. Thank you Sofi!

I appreciated the quick responses to address my problem. The solution turned out to be to uninstall the program and then reinstall it, a process blocked by a malware program. But eventually, I was successful. I appreciate the support.

I purchased Luminar Neo when I needed a software to "tidy up" old photos relating to a family history book the family was putting together.
It was simply amazing. Photos that were badly spot marked or full of creases came up like new with very little effort on my part. It even has the ability to colorise old black and white photos, and the colours are very realistic.
Recently when they had a free upgrade I had problems installing the plug-ins, and their support was quick and comprehensive, and the problem was soon solved.
A great software package by a great company.

I was unable to use the "Stitching" element of the program. I emailed the company and they suggested I reload the program. After an unzip error, I recontacted the company. After 2 days and no response, I placed a complaint with my cc. The same or next day, I received an email recommending I reinstall a different download of the program. The program finally worked and I recontacted my cc and paid for the program.
