I was feeling cheated and unfair while…
I was feeling cheated and unfair while change my iphone 13 battery. It is clearly written that changing battery costs 599kr. However I paid 799kr. I think I was told the price was 799kr when I arrived the repair shop, but I didn't pay enough attention, I thougt it should be the same as their website.
After the service, I also found out the battery was not original. I have talked with their employee, they said that the orginal cost 1400kr. 799kr is the price with a better quality battery. but I could not find these on their website.
But overall they provided a fast and convient service, not too much comunication is needed, and it took about 30 munites to change the battery. So I decide to give 3 stars. If they could give more detailed information beforehand with a clear statement that the battery is not original at the price of 599 and 799, customers would have a better understanding of their options.
