Chimes collection-very nice-surprising

This is by far my favorite piano library. Everything is amazing. The interface, the sounds and the possibilities. The price is good and right as well. Hammer + Keys is probably my favourite VST. Even after 2 years. Keep it up guys!

bought an all included bundle it was worth only half of it
it was advertised as a very precise acoustic piano plugin with beyond human precision and when i loaded it on my device i discovered it was very dim sounded not rich toned and not like i wanted it to be when i purchased it. when asked for a refund like they promised on their website i didnt get a response. i do not recommend you to buy it. although the electric pack and the new ep they released is very well made. a must have.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Skybox Audio
I requested a refund within the 14-day return window and sent the required email, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication has made me question their customer service and commitments. I hope they improve their service, or it will be hard to recommend their products.
