Takes word back on compensation

DISHONEST, ZERO INTEGRITY, UNPROFESSIONAL! They damaged my piano in the process of moving it into and now takes their word back on compensating the repair fee! Initially they sent 3 men who were clearly not strong enough and treated my piano like a normal piece of furniture...flipping it back and forth, hitting its corners against concrete floor in a couple of occasions. They clearly have no idea on how to wrap/protect my piano to begin with, let alone moving in properly. I was told by one of their representatives that they’re not going to dodge and will make sure I’m happy with the solution. Today they sent me an email trying to shake it off.
