App for Samsung TV
App is so terrible. I have never seen app so slow and with so bad UI. You can not compare it to anything like netflix, disney, prime or HBO. Whoever buys it once, won't buy it second time.

Awful
The SkyX app is utterly dreadful and downright disrespectful to its users. It feels like accessing an outdated archive database rather than a modern entertainment platform. The interface is severely lacking, and the layout design and navigation resemble something straight out of the early 2000s, constantly beset by bugs. The platform constantly gets bugged, and the image streaming fails to catch up, resulting in frequent pixelation issues. Moreover, all the preview images on all thumbnails inadvertently spoil the content.
It's disheartening that SkyX Austria expects users to pay for such an inferior experience, showing a disregard for their customers. Attempting to cancel my subscription only led to further frustration, as I wasn't granted a refund.
Wake up, the user experience is the bedrock of any entertainment platform, and these aspects need to be refined before asking users to pay for it. I would prefer using buggy, ad-ridden illegal streaming services over this.

Just sad to see something like this in 2022
Just opened the subscription, because unfortunately there is no hbomax in Austria available yet. The app has simply shocked me. I’ve used Netflix, HBOmax, Prime and many more streaming services, and now seeing a smart tv streaming app like this in 2022 is just sad. No subtitles, terrible UI. Hard to believe this is a popular service here and someone actually charges money for it. Going to cancel it right away.
