Had it for about a month, my hydration is about 5X up as drinking the water is so much nicer! Live in London, notoriously hard water, and had a filter jug, but this is a game changer. Fully happy with my purchase.

Excellent machine, brilliant customer service

Glad to have made the decision to buy. An end to cheap plastic filters and bottled water.
Quite a complex set up procedure and the maintenance will also test your intelligence. I found following the 'simple' service video on Youtube a bit difficult at first. I went online to ask a couple of questions where I found help on a forum. But it's like anything...practice makes perfect. The end result is well worth it...not sure if its the addition of minerals or just the clean water but it really tastes amazing.

I like the Sküma water filter system very much. It has a very modern design and the water is always clean and fresh. I think that the mineralisation system of this water filter is also a very healthy and ecological way of having bottled water at home without using plastic bottles.

The only drawback of this system is that there is a huge amount of wastewater produced, and the waste tank has to be emptied quite a few times. I hope this can be fixed.
Overall, it’s a very interesting and well-designed system with great potential.

Support was on it in helping me fix any kinks, Rohit was especially kind and helpful.

Machine has served me well for 2 years now, whenever I’m away from home I feel the difference in energy and focus.

Fantastic water purifier. Simple to set up and use. Best upgrade available for pure water. Not to mention the ability to add in personal preference minerals to suit your daily needs.

So good I bought a second for my office at work.

The machine works really well, filtering out the water quick and simply. Love that it can heat up the water and add the minerals back into the water (sold separately) I used this everyday and have stopped using tap water entirely. Water does indeed taste and look better.

The only criticism I can make is the waste water tank, it fills up too fast and needs constantly emptying for the machine to filter more water. If this was a little bigger or could be linked to a waste water drain to circumvent the need to have the tank that would be a big improvement to the product.

I think it’s one of the best I filter the in The Market 🏡 hopefully this company will develop further so the filter can actually connect to the main taps for big capacity usage, I personally I love so much thank you so much for a great work of what you do please do not change. Do not go cheaper. And keep up the good work.

Had to contact Skuma recently as my unit stopped working. Have had it about 18 months, so warranty has expired. They responded quickly and sent some helpful instructions for me to try in case it was a simple fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t. So they offered to collect it and fix it for me free of charge! Just for info, they sent a barcode for me to take to a dpd drop off point, they don’t physically come to your door to pick it up.
I am very impressed with their customer service which has been timely, friendly and professional. Thank you Ashwin and Rohit.

I have been looking for a water filtration system for a long time and I did a lot of research into what I wanted. As a renter I couldn't install an undersink filter so I wanted an equivalent. Skuma delivers this. There are 2 rival water filter companies to skuma and in the end it was the price of the water filters and remineralisation prices that made me pick skuma.
Love the packaging as it kept my machine safe during delivery.
The set up is a little complicated but the video is a great help. I would only add that you should include the use of the tool to fit the water filter as that is not clear or common sense and made me believe my device was faulty for a short time.
I was unable to drink tap water before and so always had to add squash... Now with this awesome filter I can drink straight water, so should get added health benefits from that alone.
The only other negative is the hot water calibration. I couldn't get it up to max temperature which isn't super important as I don't need it for tea and coffee but just means I have to keep a kettle handy for when really hot water is needed. (as I have only had this machine for a week will check back with updates)

I have had the Skuma filter for 3 years and had one of the earliest versions. That version started developing some problems with the infusion dispensing after 2 year and so I got in touch with customer service and was supported by Ashwin.

Ashwin has been excellent in supporting with the issues being understanding and responsive and now I have the latest version which works great. I have been a regular subscriber of their infusions and intend on doing so for the foreseeable future.
