I've had my machine for over 2 years & have experienced a couple of issues. Both have been courteously dealt with to my satisfaction! Prompt & friendly service. Can't fault them!

After doing a lot of research of what water filter to purchase I came across Skuma water…my husband asked me what presents I wanted for my birthday and of course said I wanted the Skuma! I had lots of questions to ask in regards to this product and emailed their support team, great and fast response from Ashwin very helpful and supportive they was towards my questions and made me feel confident of buying their product! Thank you for providing me with all the answers to my questions Ashwin and I made me feel at ease now I can drink clean water!

After 1.5 years of using the product I can say it's great when things don't go wrong.

When things do go wrong the customer service is really inefficient. They would require videos and pictures as if it's your first day of using it.
After that part is over with they would not pick up the machine, you have to send it off to them.

If that happens once, fine, but after doing this process twice and at the time of writing the review - third time. I'm just tired.

They told me to have a chat with the CEO to resolve the issue but I refused to have the conversation as it adds an extra layer of complexity. I just want my refund and be on my way.

Bottom line: It's a good filter and the water tastes great! But it wasn't a great start - first off you need a smart phone to use a QR code to get set up, which was a learning curve for me. The YouTube video link was in French but you can look up an English version online. The video did not demonstrate everything, just kind of points and explains. And it skipped over the bit about adding the minerals!?! But you can work it out. My mineral light stays red first thing in the morning but it turns blue once it gets going (usually?). I plucked up the courage to see if the 4L water tank lifts out, like the waste tank does, (and it does!) but it's too tall to fit under my kitchen tap. I've been as negative as I can but honestly I love it!

Had the machine for 2 years ! Had one fault they replaced it instantly ! Me and my kids absolutely love this water machine. All my friends love the water ! I will be buying one for my gym as soon as ! Really really great machine.

After a bit of research we decided to go with Sküma because it does hot and cold and remineralises the water.

I think the setup process could be improved a bit as the video was helpful but it really does need to be broken down exactly how the end user experiences it.

I hope they bring out a version where the cold function is improved, and has the option to be connected to the mains (basically like VirginPure but reverse osmosis)

Definitely notice a difference though in the water quality and ourselves.

These people are liars and thieves. They have stolen almost £400 of my money and have still not refunded me months later after sending back the broken machine I bought. Honestly avoid this company at all costs.

2 years of using the Skuma water filter and everything is fine by now. I had a small issue with the mineral sachets getting moisture inside, which I hope it would be fixed in the near future. Ashwin(the support team) sort it out fast by shipping the replacement for the affected 2 sachets that I had issues with. Thank you.

Only had my Skuma a couple of days so far but first impressions are impressive, straight out the box the unit looks far better than the other filters i've used and the quality of the water appears to be amazing. I'm going to enjoy using this machine.

The customer service is always fast, the device is obviously the best on the market and the fact it adds minerals is a no brainier to buy.

Concept great. Water filtration excellent. However this is out 2nd replacement (3rd in total) machine. We have had issues with the dispensing system not stopping and overflowing on both machines in addition to circuit board issues.

Skuma have been great with resolving the issues and sending replacement machines.

I really believe in this product I have even ordered a second one for my other house

Been using it for over a year and cannot go back to tap water, tap water tastes like chlorine now.

I just got the Skuma water machine & to be honest I was a bit confused about the setup, I was really struggling. However, I emailed customer service to explain my dilemma & to my surprise they made an arrangement for a Skuma person to give me a call. I had the call today, the guy talked me through everything & now I am more than satisfied. So, well done customer service, it's a fantastic machine, add to that the minerals containing magnesium which is great..gonna save my aching back humping plastic bottled water & save me money over time.

A few months in and I will never go back to tap water poured into a filter. Easy to use and the taste is so different to filtered tap water and more importantly, healthier.

Yeah, not cheap, but it does give confidence about the quality of the water you're drinking. Do feel the waste water tank is a little small, as often changing it. but the water tank is nice and big. Feels like it could do with some grips to help hold the 5L or so water you put in. But still fairly easy to top up.

Good and structured website. You can found technical and healthy informations.
Water is one of the important human future problems and Sküma deals with this issue and provides an excellent answer.
