SKLUM Donot order you loose your money and no delivery

Update: SKLUM still wants an appointment when we come back in April 2026!I really have no confidence SKLUM/SEUR. I am loosing time ,money and trust.SEUR did cancell the existing appointments after we left on a daily base.So zero trust. I have requested refund but denied so loosing 255 Euro. JVUPZDCOH Delivery 5 weeks ago , 33 emails , 13 appointments for pick up wrong item but always cancelled. Waiting for missing items because they first want item back which they donot pick up.Also no refund . We left this weekend Spain and no solution.

I love Skulm products and design BUT

I love Skulm products and design, I ordered all items that were in stock, for whatever reason the order was split into 2, and after delivery, I am missing an item that was supposed to be delivered. Trying to get customer services to help is proving difficult, as the phone just rings out.

Read reviews and SKLUM complaints group on Facebook. SCAM company, do not replace damage, refused to refund my item after I waited 4 months for delivery. I wrote review and they replied they would contact me, ANOTHER LIE from Sklum. Should rebrand and call themselves ‘Skum.’
DONT take the chance, buy from elsewhere and save yourself stress.

Fraudulent company

I wouldn’t give any stars but would not let me continue to write a review. This company is fraudulent and should be investigated. They have lied 3 times saying they tried to deliver our order in Spain but we gave cameras and an automatic door nobody has tried to deliver. They then tell us part of our order is missing They have no contact numbers or email address they have literally taken our money we will be pursuing this

I am still waiting for the order I had…

I am still waiting for the order I had cancelled (but unfortunately delivered to my neighbour) to be returned and refunded. I wanted the chair and willing to do an exchange but getting a reply would be good! I tried to call but that was hopeless too. Please respond so we can resolve this issue. Then I will leave another - hopefully different review. At the moment my review is minus on customer service

Horrible customer experience

I ordered €3100 in furniture from Sklum France.
Bad customer shipping flow: It's not the same as Amazon, it doesn't dispatch your orders separately. I didn't notice it only shipped all at once when the items were available. So I had to contact customer service to request the cancellation of the 6-month waiting items in order to receive the others earlier.
Inefficient ordering flow: After canceling some items, we still waited more than 7 days as they convinced people on the website. I haven't received my order yet.

AVOID

Unfortunately I had to give a star as I wouldn’t have given them any if I could. They have had hold of my over £800 since August when I ordered in what I thought was in good time for four tables and two bar stools for my new cafe. I called to confirm if I would receive them in time and they assured me I would. I then received 6 of my 10 packages so called again asking where the remaining ones were they assured me again that it was normal for deliveries to come in multiple deliveries I then receive two more packages a few days later totalling 8 but one damaged (not their fault I thought) but I am still waiting on two more (one table top and one bar stool) which they can’t give me any info on and I can’t track. I am getting so stressed that I won’t have the items to open my cafe in time. I was told to take photos of every angle of each package!! Why would I still have the items packaged? Why did they not say this at the beginning when I told them they were not all here?? They assured me they would come so I have unpacked my items thinking the rest will arrive and I only have one damaged item to deal with. (Still packaged) They treated me like I was trying to get some items for free and I was lying well no I just want what I paid for or even some information on where they are would be nice. Why is it up to me as the customer to prove that I have two items missing. The delivery company clearly know how many boxes have come to my address and skulk know how many there should be as they told me so on the first phone call. I am so stressed and trying to open a business. I try use other small companies instead of Amazon but this goes to show it’s not worth it. I will obviously have a fight on my hands to send all the items back and will have to pay out for replacements just to open. I will be taking this further and claiming for the undue strain and loss of interest in my own funds.
