Skull Jewelry Reviews

I ordered 2 rings, shadow tigers eye ring in size 11, and a batman ring in a size 8. Both rings I received are the incorrect size. The shadow tigers eye ring I received is not a size 11, not sure what it is, the physical ring itself is not marked in anyway, maybe a size 9 or 10. The batman ring has an actual tag on it, tag says it is a size 6. Have tried numerous times and ways to correspond with My Skull Jewelry over the last 3 weeks, but they have chosen to ignore my correspondence and leave me with useless items, no replacement, no refund.

Always a great experience & always happy with my product!

It has been over 1 month since the delivery of my return, and I still have yet to receive a refund, or a response as to what the status of my return is.

I have attempted over 5 times to contact them about the status of my return, yet I have not received even a status update as to when I can expect to be refunded.

Their website says they process returns every 2 weeks, yet my return has not been refunded although the USPS tracking says it has been delivered over a month ago.

This has been a very frustrating and difficult experience, and if I do not receive my refund soon, I can only assume them to be fraudulent.

My package was delivered on August 11th.
My order number is: #42079.

I wanted a moto guzzi ring and noticed this ring which looked good in the pictures, I received my ring and it was beautifully made even better than the pictures I'm so pleased with it, the craftsmanship of the ring was excellent I will wear it with such pride.

I have never purchased anything from this company, but they sent me an email asking for a review, so here it is.

every so often I see something I just have to have and I get it, sometimes twice.

Fantastic design, perfect size and weight. Always a great experience shopping at skulljewelry.com

Skull Jewelry is an awesome company. Stellar customer service. Never disappointed. Quality is unmatched from any other. Their prices are lower than expected for quality. Thank you Skull Jewelry!

I was skeptical, but I was proven wrong. Ring looks great with amazing detail! The metal quality is superb! I bought the ring for a costume, but it would do just as well as an everyday ring. Highly recommend!

Well then ill have a look and see whats up. Thanks for the info.

I will never buy anything from this site as again..bought a pair of skull earrings and when i got them you couldn’t even see the skulls…i emailed them for a refund and even sent pics with no response for a refund for misleading products!!!!
