Get your coffee elsewhere

I have ordered a couple times from this company. The order was always dispatched but it usually took some prompting by emailing them. My main issue is that I’m pretty certain the coffee is nowhere near as strong as they claim. If you’re paying £15 for a bag of coffee you would hope it’s actually as strong as they say it is, but I dont believe there is 350mg of caffeine in one cup. I drink caffeine regularly, and there is a clear difference in how I feel when I drink one or two cups of instant coffee compared to drinking a cup of this “strong” coffee. No matter your tolerance you would definitely be rattling if you drank 350mg of caffeine in one sitting, and yet I feel more energised drinking instant coffee than I do drinking this. The free mugs are good quality though.

If you like being lied too about your order being on its way then these are the fools for you my 3 day delivery window has been and gone that have told me it's on its way not providing a tracking number....while there own web site is telling me it's not even packed yet??? I asked for a refund and I'm being ignored so it time to let the bank deal with it... Please please please keep you money and just go buy some strong coffee from Tesco's least it will be in your hands. I have since received my coffee and I will say it is good 🤷

Order not delivered and no response

I ordered an order in September. it was never delivered, no tracking number was provided and skull crusher coffee have failed to answer my emails. No response and no refund for the lost order. Neither is there a contact number to ring them up. All in All a terrible service and I recommend people to consider whether this company is trustworthy.

No issues with delivery like some…

No issues with delivery like some people have. I ordered the "f'in strong coffee" only to find out on arrival it takes around 5 table spoons of the stuff per mug to make it strong!... 5 table spoons of any granulated coffee in a mug is probably going to be strong I didnt expect to pay a premium for it. Wouldnt mind so much if it didn't taste like pond water

Honestly the most appalling customer…

Honestly the most appalling customer service I have ever come across.

My partner ordered some coffee from them and unbeknown to him they had signed him up for a subscription. This subscription is not managed on the normal account area on the website as you would expect it is a different site and login completely.
He tried to cancel it 3 times to no avail and was told if he couldn’t access his account then there was nothing he could do.
When I emailed to complain the replied with one sentence saying it is now cancelled but with no response to me request for a refund and we are close to £100 out of pocket for 3 bags of coffee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you have any issues at all they will not respond.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service , trying to cancel subscription and they don't reply for weeks ,and when they do reply it's a delaying spurious reply that means you have to mail back , and then no reply , avoid this company !! Coffee is poor quality also , over roasted , burnt taste , not impressed

Scammers, please be careful

Ordered well over a month ago still haven’t had the original order and they’re trying to charge me for the second.

I received a notification to state that my order was delivered (from memory stated it was handed to me)

I’ve messaged continuously with no valid response. They admitted that the item was out of stock so wasn’t sent and that the order was on route - this was weeks ago with not a single reply from further contact attempts.

Do not use.
Paid for items to be delivered within 2 working days. They never arrived. Contacted them, they replied with items not in stock. Customer service terribly. I asked to cancel and have refund. Still waiting for refund.
I'm not holding out much hope for a refund. Think I've been robbed. Do not use. Been waiting days for refund.

Took just over a week to arrive poor website

Took just over a week to arrive, I emailed customer services for an update and they responded fast and said it will be despatched soon. Took 4 days for it to be despatched. I suspect they didn't have it in stock . I wouldn't of minded the wait if they had stated that there might be a delay in the delivery. It's almost impossible to mange/ change your subscription as there's no clear way to do so the links they send in the emails don't work. It's a shame as the coffee is really good it's just a pitty that there website and postage is really bad.

Forced subscription / Stops reply to emails

I thought I'd give their CBD style of coffee a try, this company is based in Qld, and I guess I should have been aware of different state laws regarding international trade & CBD, but since there was nothing mentioned on the website, and they stated they deliver to all states, I went ahead. The product got stopped at customs and returned to sender, so I did receive an email stating a product replacement could be made. The replacement never arrived.
Despite marking 'No' to the subscription offer when ordering, I did add a first buyer's coupon in checkout, to gain a discount (a coupon offered just prior to checkout), apparently that coupon discount also applied a subscription agreement, that was not mentioned.
Follow up emails trying to chase up the order, alerted me to the subscription, and I was told I could not opt out until 3 orders had been processed. No mention of this on their website, and even the advertising emails they sent afterwards, state the subscription can be cancelled at anytime from your account.
Trying to click on 'legal' at the bottom of their site to see if the information was contained there, did not work, their link simply redirects people back to the home page.
Follow up emails regarding the subscription went unanswered.
Fortunately I paid through Paypal, and the amount was refunded with no contest well within the 20 days.

tldr; forced subscription, item not delivered, stopped responding to emails, Paypal dispute opened = money returned.

Stay away

Order goods, and still waiting. Chased them and got an automated reply exactly the same as my friend, also replied with American English spelling so it’s just a system reply, so there is no one actually getting back. Told my order was being processed, but when? I’m giving them until Monday afternoon and then I’m going to chase my bank for the return of the funds. Nice coffee but they simply haven’t got any customer service. Also the lead time on the goods to buy just now keeps going back. Customer service is everything.

Ordered the cbd coffee

Ordered the cbd coffee, waited 5 weeks and then I had to follow up. They said it will be coming through customs in the next week. Waited another 2 weeks, no update so I emailed again for them to tell me they couldn't get it through customs....... do sell a product you don't have! I asked for a refund on the 20th of October, they said it will take 7 days... currently 15th of November, no refund and I have had to chase them again.
Waste of time and money. They need to have their site taken down.

Paid for fast delivery on 06/11/2024 which is 1-3 days delivery, it is now 14/11/2024 and I haven't even had an update on where my order is. Absolutely awful customer service as whenever i Email i get the same copied response every time. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a hoodie and coffee on the 31st…

Ordered a hoodie and coffee on the 31st October , a few days pass and no updates on when it’s being shipped out , I email them they eventually get back saying one of the items was out of stock so it will be shipped end of the week ( thanks for telling me sooner ) gets to the end of the week no update so I email again, keep getting fobbed off still not dispatched and no tracking ,hopefully PayPal can help me ?, they will happily post on social media ( and delete back comments ) but can’t ship out orders ? , wish I read here first

Update - put in a PayPal claim and they sided with me so I got my £50 back , terrible customer service

Will take sales for destinations they…

Will take sales for destinations they aren't able to sell their product in. Yes CBD is legal where I am. Took them well over a month just to inform me they couldn't provide. This was after several emails giving me the usual busy sales low stock rubbish.

Is now going on another month of me waiting for "their accounts department to process the refund".

Terrible company. Service to match!
