Hidden fees, hidden deposits, arrogance

My experience with the platform has been very positive. They’ve been efficient and responsive, ensuring that everything runs smoothly between me and the company I work with.

My Employer chose Skuad as their employment partner and it has been very good. Never faced any issues, payment has been on-time, smooth onboarding and responsive support.

easiest platform to pay and manage contractors

Everything was wrong with them.

Their platform doesn't offer detailed information about expenses for benefits and social security, so it is difficult to verify costs. Because of that, they have tried to charge us larger amounts. It takes them weeks to reply and provide support. They don't respect their agreements. We agreed to pay 200 USD per person, but they wanted us to pay 400 USD. They delayed last invoices and almost made us pay more because of a wrong exchange rate. They didn't calcutate the extra time and holiday pay for our workes, so we had to do it, and they didn't pay those amounts to them, but they charged it to us. When our contract was done, the last invoices had so many mistakes and extra unjustified amounts that it took us several months of email conversations and reviews to clarify almost everything and correct all their mistakes, and at the end we lost money because of their poor management. At the end, they had the audacity to blame us for delaying the process, when they didn't do their work well, and they made us do all the work for them, and to menace us with suing if we didn't pay, despite of the fact there were so many mistakes in their invoices and they wanted us to pay anyways. They didn't even move a finger to review their own mistakes, but waited for us to correct them.

They don't care about the belongings of workers.
It seams, they close the tickets if they don't want to answer anymore.
They give me the feeling, Skuad works as they want and not as it is usual in this country.
I am just a worker, but my company works with Skuad. If they will ask me, to change to another company I will suggest to leave Skuad!

Availed Skuad EOR services in UAE. Had a few issues with their partner Connect Resources but things improved later. I had to follow up but quite a few things. However, the issue was escalated to someone senior and was resolved promptly. The EOR is now working fine and there are no issues post 6 months.
