Solved my two problems within minutes!

After setting up my new homepage I was unable to solve two issues (background images would not dissappear and the side bar remained on the wrong side.) Since I just bought the big theme package I was testing the support team. The very friendly reply came within half an hour. Sonnal logged himself in on my webspace and solved the two problems within minutes! That's amazing! They helped me a lot, saved me a lot of time and I really appreciate that!

I purchased their themes in 2020 at…

I purchased their themes in 2020 at Rs 6000 but have not used them on a single website. They are useless since updates are not provided. Beware, as they are still active and may be taking advantage of more people.

Edit 1:
I never ask for support. All themes should have lifetime updates. You can charge for support after the support period has expired, but the theme should not become outdated.

Dear sir,

We provide support and updates for 1 year and the industry standard is only 6 months.

Even after 1 year has passed we provide support for very nominal rates starting only $18 or Rs. 1200.

Now tell me one thing if you booked a hotel room 4 years ago in 2020. Will you again go back and say I want to stay in that room again for free since I booked your room 4 years ago? Or does this work for a restaurant and you get free dinner or lunch?

Any business cannot provide support for a lifetime otherwise the business will close.

Should I tell my employees the customers aren't willing to pay and hence there won't be any salaries as we will have to provide them lifetime support?

Does your insurance provide you lifetime support without you paying the insurance premium yearly? Is anything in this world available for a lifetime without any further payments?

Even the government asks for taxes every year.

Just ask yourself and then look at your review. Any user who will see that a person who bought themes in 2020 and gave a 1-star review in 2024 because they didn't get FREE SUPPORT will only reflect on your image and not the company image here.
