We have just returned from our second ski holiday in Norway with ski safari. Both times ski safari have been brilliant at recommending options to suit our family and have booked everything and provided all the information and advice we need to have a brilliant time and nothing to worry about.

This year our flight home was cancelled by the airline. Ski safari sorted everything for us including new flights and transfers and kept us informed of the situation over the weekend. We didn’t have to do anything and could enjoy the end of our holiday confident that everything was in hand. The service we received was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

The whole experience was brilliant. First time ski family, so we were indebted to the advice and support provided. The holiday provided was faultless and the whole family had a wonderful time.
Service was exemplary throughout

Ski Safari gave us great advice about planning our holiday and booked everything for us (flights, trains, hotels, tours, ski rentals and passes, ski lessons, accommodation across four Norwegian sites). Their in-depth knowledge of the ski resorts helped us make the best use of our time. We would definitely use their service again.

We booked through Ski Safari by complete chance and I'm so glad we did! the team who assisted had great knowledge of the area and recommended some experiences for us to try also, they booked the full package for us from start to finish which ran like clock work making our trip super easy with the only thing for us to worry about was having fun on the slopes. I will definitely use their service again and would highly recommend them also.

Very good experience- tailored to what I needed

We had a fantastic trip to Breckenridge, Colorado with Ski Safari. They are well organised and their staff have a good knowledge of the resorts they go to and the accommodation options at those resorts. My questions and queries were dealt with promptly. They gave me advice that was informed and helpful. They kept me upto date with developments with quotes / options and with my booking. They were also quick to help amend our plans when we had to make an unexpected change.

Ski Safari responded promptly to my initial enquiry with a variety of options and alternatives that met my brief and went beyond what was initially requested. Very knowledgeable staff and all arrangements and bookings were reliable and accurate. They took all the stress out of making multiple travel arrangements.

Everything was good from the initial contact through to our holiday everything went smoothly and as planned, and although there were no problems I felt that Ski Safari would have been there to help if we had needed it .

I am 72 and as an "older" traveller the personal advice and support from the Ski Safari adviser Victoria was simply outstanding. As with previous Ski Safari trips, the complex arrangements for a three centre holiday with associated flights, transfers, hotels, ski equipment and car hire went like clockwork

Ski safari made the whole process of booking our holiday so simple. Four of us went, two in one Country and two in another. The staff dealt with various issue’s with professionalism and an understanding of our concerns.

They just know the resort, the hotel, the airline and the transfer really well. They are friendly, excited for you, incredibly efficient and detailed. And they respond unbelievably quickly. You get the feeling that they’ve thought through everything. And they have.
