They sold a “glad boost” then paired with multiple teams who refused to use voice chat during the games.
On top of not using comms, they also counted all of the times the boosters were AFK as part of the “paid time” even though the service was never marketed as an allotted amount of time. Boosters spent at least 2-3 hours of what ended up being paid time AFK or reconnecting.
Wouldn’t have been a big deal if glad was achieved, but it wasn’t, and they would only assist after I proved they were stealing time, but only if I closed my payment dispute (which I lost anyway so they got my money without providing the service I paid for).
I’d go elsewhere where your boosts are more guaranteed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. To clarify: the Gladiator Self-Play service you purchased is 13 hours of gameplay with professional boosters. While it is possible to earn the Gladiator title within those hours, it is not guaranteed. Results depend on many factors, including how well you play with our coaches. This is clearly listed on our service page (https://skipthegrind.online/service/wow-gladiator-title/
) and was explained to you several times before purchase.
When you raised concerns about your team after the first 1.5 hours, we immediately assigned a new team and restarted your time. We even added an extra hour free of charge, so you received 14 hours of play time in total on top of the first 1.5 hours already used, exceeding what was promised. Voice chat is not part of the service description, though our teams provide updates and communicate in-game as necessary. At no point during the service did you raise concerns about AFK time.
Importantly, you filed a dispute before ever requesting a refund or raising concerns. You even told us, “good luck winning the dispute,” showing confidence that you would win regardless of how the service was delivered. This behavior, combined with your full participation in the service, raises serious questions about intent.
We submitted complete service records, communication logs, our refund policy, and terms of service to our payment processor. They sided with us, which is rare because disputes are extremely hard for businesses to win without clear proof of delivery. This outcome reflects the strength of the evidence that the service was provided in full.
We regret that you remain unhappy. We genuinely tried to resolve your concerns in good faith, went above and beyond what was required, and were even willing to offer more to make you happy. Our goal is always to provide a fair, transparent service, and the evidence shows the service was completed exactly as advertised.

Great Mecha-Done boost
They have a very fast turnaround time and great customer service. I could always check in with my booster on Discord to receive updates about the boost. I purchased the Mecha-Done meta achievement and it was finished in about a month. Very grateful for the patience of the booster and would definitely use STG again.

Reliable and Trustworthy

Friendly, Professional, and extremely helpful
I have dealt with STG a few times now, every time they are always extremely helpful. I buy 1x Hour Coaching in 2v2 usually, and I really have started to pick up on a lot more things. Being on Discord helps hear call outs and to know to get ready to follow up. After games, I will be told what I could have done better and if I do something well it is also raised which is helpful. All coaches I have had so far have been extremely friendly and very enjoyable to play with. This service helps me get better as a player, but also hit ratings using my own skill which sets STG above other sites that want to pilot you.

They provide exactly what their name…
They provide exactly what their name means... You get to truly skip the grind. I have used these folks since their inception and have loved every minute of it. From the fyrakk weapon to SOD. I work a lot and just can't dedicate the time like I used to be able to.. They have made wow fun again because I can just enjoy the end game content without having to sluggishly grind in a video game, when I am already doing that in IRL.
