Terrible partnership experience, poor customer service, thief, and scamer.

1. Poor customer service, as a restaurant owner who trusted Skipli, and used their service, received 0 support and they have successfully, completely ruined their reputation. I had a customer who ordered a delivery through their platform, due to the delivery mishandling, the drink was all over the foods, customer called me and asked for refund, which I did, I then contacted Skipli with the issue, they informed me they will create a claim, and refund me back, months later, nothing happened, contacted again, start to kicking the balls.

2. I had to transfer the ownership to a family member due to I am heading the military basic training, had to cancel their service because the family member does not speak their language, nor english. took them a month to stop the receive orders, and 2 months later, family member told me they got tons of calls questioning them why the online ordering platform is not working, they had to hire someone to answer these questions, caused a lot problems, I contacted them again, asking why the website is still on, I thought we have deactivated the service, so you should disable the link, they said, the current owner needs to contact them, which I never heard of, this is something left with pervious business, not the current business owner, which sounds pretty ridiculous. I still informed the new owner, which emailed them, and they offering the new owner $2000 to buyout the domain, in order to disable the ordering link and the website, that start to becoming a little nasty, terrible, and unfair business, no wonder why people keep reporting them stealing driver's tip, THEY ALSO STEALING BUSINESS'S TIP AS WELL! no wonder why they will not start a google business page for themselves, because people will see a new 2 star business who is trying to do the business. Not recommend, and will not work with them anymore, keep your $2000 domain, keep the ordering link open, and hope the best to you.

Avoid Skipli: Fraudulent Practices and Poor Customer Service

I recently had the misfortune of using Skipli to order food from a local restaurant. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare.

Skipli's platform manipulated my order, stealing a significant portion of the tip intended for the delivery driver when Doordash picked up the order. When I contacted the restaurant, they confirmed receiving the order but were unable to assist due to Skipli being its own entity. DoorDash, the delivery service, also confirmed that Skipli had underpaid the tip. I had designated a $10 tip for the driver and Doordash had only been approved for $5 by Skipli.

When I checked my Skipli receipt compared to my Doordash receipt that Doordash sent me after picking up the order -there was a discrepancy of $13 total between the two bills and what Skipli charge to my cc. Meaning Skipli stole from both the deliver driver I had tipped and myself.

This experience has left a sour taste, and I strongly advise others to avoid using Skipli. Their fraudulent practices and lack of transparency are unacceptable.

*Additional Tips:*

- Double-check your orders and receipts carefully.
- Be cautious of platforms that manipulate tips or orders.
- Support local restaurants directly instead of using Skipli.

Nice customer support

Nice customer support. My son ordered from them but I did not know about it and call to question about the order very late at night but they still pick up the phone and show me the name of the restaurant and order detail.

Horrible

Just as several other people have said, they steal tips from drivers. I tipped almost $9 and the door dash driver they utilized got tipped $4.30…..which isn’t reflected anywhere until you go to track your order through door dash. Definitely misleading. If you’re going to charge extra fees for delivery, that’s completely understandable, but don’t take them out of a TIP for a driver.

Uneducated owner, Thanh Sheryl Nguyen

I applied to Skipli from Vietnam and received unacceptable harrassment messages from the owner, Thanh Sheryl Nguyen. The job post did not say clearly the working hour, and I did not want to proceed with the interview without knowing the info, and she sent messages calling me names and threatening to inform my previous employer =)))) Anyone who can read Vietnamese can see the text message and how a chó sồn she was. Bye bye cray cray, have a great company!

Predatory company

Predatory company, and like everyone else had said, they just pawn the order to DoorDash, and then eat a chunk of the tip, so the driver gets ripped off. As usual, driver loses out, restaurant loses out, and delivery service banks the high fee and partial tip. Please don’t use

Steal tips from drivers

Like what other people mentioned, this websites uses doordash drivers and steal the tips from them. Put 20% tip for the driver which should've been $7, it gave $2.67 after I confirmed with the driver.

Some restaurants only use this outsourced garbage, so make sure if you order to put 0 tip and hand the driver cash.

The company steals tips

Yes, this company steals the drivers tips and also over charges and advice every restaurant that uses them not to use the this company, and they don't even have their own delivery. They use DoorDash and other companies to cover their orders and that's when they steal the tip that belongs to the driver that the customer left for the driver not the company so it's basically they're stealing they should be arrested for this or actually put out of business because there it's unethical practices and I advise all drivers that if the restaurant decides to use them not to deliver for them, because they're actually stealing the tips belong to the driver because the tip was actually left for the driver not this company

*STEALING TIPS*

*STEALING TIPS*
This service is a bit of a scam. They have targeted the Asian restaurant community because a lot of them don't understand how to work with DoorDash directly due to a language or technical barrier. They add extra fees and charge almost 75% above the order cost. They also steal tips from the drivers. I confirmed with multiple Door Dash drivers, only 25% of the tip was received. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Skipli charges hidden fees which are never rung up during the ordering process. The total amount suddenly changes in the end. No proper receipt received and support doesn't really care. Don't order through this system!
